Excellent quality

Called to Lisburn showroom and was greeted with Chantelle who was more than happy to help me design my bathroom. I personally didn’t know what I wanted but she helped me design and pick colours by grabbing tiles and putting them around the showroom and matching them with various vanities and colours to compliment my whole bathroom. I highly recommend asking for Chantelle when visiting Lisburn showroom! Her service was 5 star and I am fully confident in her knowledge and expertise in the bathroom business.

Definitely recommend, Chris and Sarah were both very helpful with my order - much appreciated!

Easy to talk to with good technical advice

Faulty tap issue.
I purchased a boiling tap for my customer and it developed a fault in early January. It took a very long time for tge part to come and in the end they replaced the tap. While it was extremely frustrating and stressful. The reason I give 5 stars is because tge online staff were always very professional and responsive. This was a supplier issue in the UK who. .would rate 1 star but Sarah K.and Ewan were very helpful.and helped me resolve the issue in the end.

This company is a brilliant example of how a business should run. Right from the time that the phone is answered in a matter of minutes to how the query or purchase is dealt with. All of the agents appear to be pleasant and very professional. Everything is clear cut in the information given . I am so pleased with my purchases to date and will certainly be recommending them to others .

Happy with order. Items good value for money and delivered in timely manner.

The products arrived as ordered and in perfect condition.

My order took 2 weeks to be delivered to Dublin. The website and ordering process were straightforward. The items ordered were mainly good quality.
The reason for the 3 stars is that the tap I ordered was missing a significant part and when I contacted customer service, they completely ghosted me!
Very disappointing after I spent so much money with them.

Bathshack following an issue with my order. Ian from customer services handled my case from the moment I telephoned and resolved the matter for me efficiently and professionally even though they had no obligation to do so. He kept me updated and messaged me to make sure I had received a replacement part from the manufacturer.
I will definitely be using Bathshack in the future knowing that if you have any issues they will do their best to resolve them. Happy customer!

Second time ordering from bathshack. Again great service, took their time going through different options with me, placed order and all arrived on time.

I ordered a bath from this company not only was it two weeks late The first bath that arrived was cracked. It then took them a week and a half to collect the Old one and send it replacement in total it was Well, over a month waiting for a bath cancelled contractors twice As I was told the new bath would be arriving on two different dates Once the new bath did get there, the delivery driver asked my sister-in-law who had a damaged hand to put the old bath in the van for him as he could not manage by himself.the only redeeming quality for this company was Jack the customer service representative as he was very polite very professional and compassionate to the situation they had put me in even though the offer of €30 store credit was applied to my account due to inconvenience. I don’t feel I will be using this Company again

Update - they did get back to me asap after this review and quickly sorted for next week. Moving from 1 star to 3 star review. Thanks for the proactiveness.

Original - Sent the wrong colour shower door, 3 days later I’m still waiting for them to get back to me to replace it.
