Good, fast service and lovely product.

Beautiful leotard which I hadn’t seen anywhere else which is always good. Excellent quality and fit. Item was discounted too so was also great value. Speedy delivery, so overall an all round great service.

Placed order November 26th and paid for 48 hour delivery. By December 10th I’d received no order & no response to my multiple emails. Finally after threatening legal action I received a parcel which contained only four of the twelve leotards I’d ordered. Again, no explanation or correspondence from the company. After multiple attempts to contact them again, I finally received an email saying the items are now out of stock and I would receive a refund for this items only. No apology or compensation. Terrible customer service. I would strongly advise customers to stay away from this company.

I love these leos!!! The fabric is soft yet supportive and the styles are great! I bought a large which was just a tad bit big, Im usually a medium in leos but sized up according to their chart. I would probably buy a medium (my true size) next time.

On 16Nov my peris leo arrived, with poor pattern matching and a seam across the centre front chest. I emailed you a picture. You said I had been sent a second, in error and you would send a replacement and a skirt. I have not received them. I have emailed you again saying, if no black just send white. No response. I have bought another leo in your Black Friday sale and am still waiting for that to arrive. Meanwhile I have ordered from Danse de Paris website in Australia and already received my leos from Thailand delivered by DHL. I was buying British, but an unimpressed with your after sales and shipping.

So so so disappointed have always been very happy until this time 😞 I ordered two leotards and a crop top and shorts set when my order arrived there was only two items in my package the crop top and one leotard assuming this was an oversight I emailed expecting to get a prompt reply after not hearing anything after a week I again emailed forwarding my original email and still no reply regarding the issue and I’m still waiting for some correspondence but nothing at all!! very very very disappointing service and I’m still a leotard and shorts missing from my order

I ordered from basilica dancewear and was told it would take 2-3 business days to arrive and ended up taking over a week. I got the product 60% off for bank holiday sale and was originally £37. Although the leotard is nice and reasonably good quality I would not pay that much for it normally.

Great product, never disappointed to receive a Basilica parcel!
