Was not sent a proforma even though we sent a PO so barriers had not been ordered. Then it was not in stock and delivery dates chaged

Our order took 4 week from payment to…
Our order took 4 week from payment to delivery. Delivery to site was via a courier and the driver left the parcel with a driver of a vehicle who was leaving site, even though full instructions , names and a contact phone number were given.
Note - Ladies in the sales office were very helpful.

Hi Gareth, I'm sorry to hear you felt you haven't been kept up to date on the remaining half of your order - we always do our best to dispatch orders as whole deliveries, but unfortunately this isn't always possible. Whilst the first part of your order has been dispatched, the remaining part shipment will be dispatched from a different manufacturer, and is still within the estimated delivery lead time window - as stated on your order confirmation email, this is 7th May. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however we do our best to provide clear estimated delivery lead times on all products, and this is displayed on product pages, view cart page, order confirmation page and on the email you receive, confirming your order. Having received the barrier posts
Having received the barrier posts, which were a very good quality. Pity the delivery company couldn't get it together as they forgot to put the bolts in the package. The girls at Barriers direct, were excellent chasing g up the supplier. Which took 2 weeks. All done now and looking very professional. Would definitely buy from them again.

Confusing delivery dates
Genuine item at a good price. Knocked off a star because the delivery updates were confusing. One said delivery date was earlier than expected but when it didn't arrive I worried that something had gone wrong. If the correct later date it arrived on had been quoted, I would've given 5 stars.

Hello and thank you for your review. I can see that your order was due to arrive initially on the 8th April, but was revised to an earlier dispatch, due on the 3rd April but did not get delivered until the 7th - this was because of the Easter bank holiday weekend, and the 7th represented the next working day. Unfortunately, once an item is dispatched it is ultimately the courier's responsibility regarding delivery. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Once gain great service from the team, delivery driver was in contact the day before and arranged an early drop off to site instead. Used so many times and always been great. The product itself is top quality and always gets great reviews from our customers
