Avoid ordering from this company or should I say con artists - not even worthy of any stars after the shocking service that I've received!!

I placed an order with them however, when I received my order confirmation and tried tracking my order on their website it said that my order could not be found. I didn't think too much into it as I assumed that it would take a couple of hours for my order to reach into their system. However, a day later I still got the same message that the order could not be found.

Under their FAQS it states the following: "When will I receive my order? Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm from Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. You will be sent tracking information in a separate email once your parcel is shipped". A week later from when I placed my order and numerous emails sent to them they said there was an issue with the order as the raspberry bars were short dated . Why did it take for me to send numerous emails for them to tell me this?!! Also their homepage states: "We offer a delicious range of protein-enriched alternatives to snacks". Clearly that's yet again another lie and given the experience that I've experienced it needs to be changed to 'We offer a delicious range of SHORT DATED protein-enriched alternatives to snacks'.

Anyway, they then sent out the order despite ignoring my request for a full refund and of no surprise the raspberry bars were not sent with the order. I've tried emailing them so many times but I presume they are ignoring me. Their website states: "We are looking forward to hearing from you! We aim to response within 48 business hours". Clearly that is yet again another lie so from my total count that's the third lie. It should be changed to the following: "We do not look forward to hearing from you! We will never respond to your queries'.

To conclude, I was a first time customer ordering from this shocking company but I will never ever be ordering from here again. They clearly do not know how to treat their customers and I do not recommend from ordering at this company they are the most vile and abhorrent company ever. Clearly they're con artists where five star customer service is NON-EXISTENT!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 07/08/2025 and paid full price for a box of 12 the raspberry cream bars only to find they were short dated. I contacted customer service and they didn’t do anything.

Skriver 2 mails hvor jeg høfligt spørg hvor min ordre bliver af. Får aldrig svar på disse 2 henvendelser. Modtager langt om længe min ordre, ca. 3 uger efter jeg har lagt ordren. Men til min fortvivlelse mangler der en æske. Ringer så til dem og de undskylder mange gange, og lover at de sender mig æsken som mangler samt lidt ekstra, for alt besværet jeg har haft. Men efter 1 uge stadig ikke modtaget noget og nu svare de heller ikke når man ringer til dem.
Tror bestemt at jeg bestiller mine Barebells et andet sted fra næste gang. Mvh Sandra
Onsdag d. 20 august har jeg modtaget min sidste æske Barebells samt en masse ekstra som plaster på såret. 1000 tak for god behandling William. Mvh Sandra

I’ve had two occasions where I needed to contact customer service at barbell. This company believes in their product so very much that when I mentioned that I did not care for the flavor of one of their products they were quick to send me another box of a different flavor. When my shipment arrived and the ice packs had melted, and the product was melted, they completely refunded me for the entire order. They did this with no questions asked because they truly do believe in their product and they truly do wanna make their customers happy. Their products are for the most part, delicious and nutritious and great impact lunches. They are very satisfying. And I would recommend them as a meal replacement at any time to anyone.

Order didn’t arrive, no response to emails. I spent £65 on an order one month ago and still haven’t received my products.

Horrible Customer Service. Either they are not trained or they absolutely hate their job. It took them over a week to get back to me as a discount was not working and by that time an offer expired. They did not offer to honour the offer despite them taking ages in getting back to me in the first place and no being proactive in sorting the problem out. They made up some story about me placing and cancelling an order - not true I never placed the order or paid for it as the discount code was not working so I decided to not proceed with the purchase. They do not own up their own mistakes and try to make it right - this is beyond poor. I also placed an order on 10th June and it's not even here after a week. Their delivery policy says: "2.2 We aim to deliver within two to four business days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. " Clearly the above is not true and is making me wonder whether they went under?

I ordered 3 boxes from Barebells before realising the bars contain beef, which I do not consume. I returned the shipment to Barebells (the bars or the packaging was unopened, and complied with Barebells return policy) and paid for the shipping. I then sent them proof of shipping to which they confirmed they have received the shipment at their warehouse and are processing it. I followed up for my refund (£66) twice and it has now been 9 days but haven't heard back from them. Their phone number doesn't seem to work either.

Fabulous customer service. Cookies and cream is the best I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend the bars and the company!

they are very expensive but so are similar brands like grenade . I've had the chocolate salty peanut which are lovely - the almond white chocolate one is awful! i've even asked family to try them, but unfortunately not found anybody yet who will take them off my hands :) Not had a problem with ordering or delivery - however ive marked my review 3 out of 5 as the Almond bars are YUK! and the price i believe is just too much!

Frequently out of stock. When they have Caramel Cashew and Salty Peanut they are out of Hazlenut. When they have Hazlenut they are out of Cashew, etc. And they have very few bars that you can buy as a one-off taste test. Who wants to spend $30 on a new flavor like Mint or Banana without trying first? Product is tasty, but as a company these guys leave a lot to be desired. If anyone reading this has a tasty (and reasonably healthy) alternative to Barebells, post here. I will gladly give them a try.

Jeg havde en reklamation på et produkt og det blev håndteret meget fint af Barebells.com.
Jeg er faktisk i tvivl om hvorvidt det overhovedet var deres skyld, da alt tydede på at fejlen opstod som følge af forkert opbevaring af produktet i det lokale supermarked.
Men tvivlen kom mig til gode og jeg fik en meget fin kompensation. Tak!

Elsker produkterne og deres kundeservice har været i top de gange jeg nu har handlet hos dem. Aldrig fejl, altid hurtige og kundeservicen svarer imødekommende😊

One of best tasting protein bars. Hope they lower the prices.

Barebells har altid været favoritten, hvad angår proteinbars..
Sidst købte jeg 4 kasser af varianten creamy chrisp, med udløb 27/6 2024.
Men de smager bare mærkeligt.
Mailede til kundeservice, som kunne oplyse, at min information ville blive videre givet til produktionsteam også blev den lukket..

Tænker da at man sagtens kunne have fundet en anden løsning 😳

Delicious a lot of protein, but I'm a bit concerned about the additives? Are they healthy?

Altså WOW!! Først og fremst må jeg bare klappe for førsteklasses kundeservice! 🙌🏻 Og Barebells barene er bare helt magiske! Jeg har smakt mange varianter men disse er uten tvil en 1 plass! Favorittene er Caramel choco og Peanut Caramel, minner om Mars og Snickers! Perfekte som mellom måltid ☺️ Disse er ikke til å bli lei av! ANBEFALES!

Har smagt to halve varianter, da jeg tænkte de ville være en god erstatning for alm chokoladebarer. Men jeg har fået en kraftig allergisk reaktion. Så det gør jeg aldrig igen. Desuden smagte den ene af en lille smule peanut og den anden af nul og nix.
