Banyo Recensioni

Such a great experience. Helpful, friendly & great communication with speedy delivery.
Will definitely shop here again and highly recommend.

The guys at Banyo really tried to make sure I was fully informed as to timing of my purchase

Their communication was good, and even though Banyo had to order and receive the item from the manufacturer before they could ship it to me, it was delivered to me within a week without delay. They checked the stock with the manufacturer before placing the order so they could re assure me that the item would be received on time.

Excellent service, communication and value.

Exceptional service! I've had multiple interactions with the outstanding team at Banyo, and each experience has been exemplary. Their staff is consistently friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure swift delivery of my orders. Banyo stands out as one of the finest online retailers I've encountered. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

I found Yasser very polite and helpful he kept me informed the customer service was very good would give him 10 of 10

The customer service was excellent, I was going away a couple of times and needed to time the delivery of the sink for when I was home. Banyo were amazingly helpful, they waited to place the order for me so it would arrive when I was home and also chased the supplier and delivery team for a time slot

I recently ordered a Bette bath from Banyo, and I am extremely pleased with the entire process. Placing the order was straightforward and I received an order confirmation immediately, which gave me confidence in my purchase. The communication throughout was clear and prompt, and my bath was delivered exactly as promised.

What impressed me the most was the care taken with the packaging. The bath arrived in perfect condition, without a single scratch or dent. It's clear that Banyo takes great care in ensuring their products reach customers in excellent condition.

I highly recommend Banyo to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable buying experience. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Went like clockwork.
Good communication.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service - attentive and helpful. Competitive price and went the extra mile to ensure delivery was organised around my availability. Thank you Banyo!

I wanted a Bette bath and Banyo made it really easy to order from their website. It has a tick system so you can choose where you want the plugs/waste/filler etc. All so easy. I was vey impressed with the service. I ordered online, they confirmed everything the next day and delivery was 4/5 days later. All very professional and would definitely recommend them.

My dealings with Yasser at Banyo have been a pleasure. He is so helpful and communicative with regard to providing information and updates. Personal service at its best!

It is good to work with a supplier who genuinely cares about the customer experience and is willing to go the extra mile to help its customers

Absolutely amazing service. We ordered the wrong size bath by accident. Yasser went above and beyond to ensure we got the right size in time, even sending a van across the country so we could be in time for the builders! Couldn't recommend them enough. Lovely people to deal with!

Prompt, polite service.
