Banyo Recensioni

They went over and above - pleasure to do business with Banyo - personal service

Excellent service from Yasser, gas fire delivered within 24 hours from ordering. Thank you.

Fast delivery with great prices

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. Yasser went out of his way to find the special item of sanitary ware required and arranged for delivery to site within a week. Would use any again.

Yasser was excellent- very friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile to sort out a complicated delivery schedule, helping to avoid a delay in our project.

The sink was cheaper from Banyo than anywhere else (saved me around £50!) and was delivered within the time stated. I would recommend this company.

I have no real complaint of Banyo I did not read all of the delivery information! Having placed the order only picking up the 3 to 4 day delivery time frame. Ricky got back in touch by email saying that the supplier had quoted 4 to 6 week delivery time frame and was this acceptable or did I want to cancel the order. I said OK and any questions I had they looked into and got back to me. One question was about a text which said the shipper did not have a full address. There were some things in the text I did not like. So I emailed Ricky about it and he confirmed that the shipper did have my full address and I should be careful if I replied to it. So I think that says it all and yes I would use them again.

Excellent customer service - great service from Yasser and the Banyo team. There was a hitch with the supply of our bath - nothing to do with Banyo - and Yasser went above and beyond to get it resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Really helpful when speaking to the company on the phone. I was able to arrange a quicker delivery than the suggested delivery time. Great communication until the bath was delivered. Very happy with the quality of the bath.

I received excellent service from this trader and spoke with Yasser on many occasions. He is extremely helpful from the moment I decided on my purchase to advising me when my delivery was taking place. I would highly rate and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Very competitive pricing and Excellent customer service from a fast and efficient response to a product query all the way to purchase where the product arrived on time as stated. They even rang to inform me about delivery and check that I was satisfied with the product and service after it had arrived.

Thank you Banyo. Highly recommended.

From the instant that I placed my order online I have nothing but praise for the customer service offered by Banyo. They let me know what would be happening with my order and when, as companies often promise but seldom deliver. Well done Banyo!!

Very good price and excellent service. The product arrived after just 2 days on a 7-14day lead time - with regular advice on the delivery process. Very satisfied

Ordered a valor gas heater from banyo
Delivery was super fast and the driver was very friendly
The delivery was followed up with a curtesy call by yasser which was a great help
Brilliant service all round
Would definately recommend this company

Despite them being let down by the supplier with our bath, Yasa phoned me as soon as I ordered to make sure the delivery date would be ok and continued to keep me fully informed throughout with regular updates and sourcing alternative options in case the delivery was further delayed. I would highly recommend using Banyo.

Awesome service, speed, product. They put many to shame with their care, diligence and speed. Thank you!

Found Banyo through a Google search, looking for a shower screen.
All the way through until delivery communication was excellent, even calling with delivery updates. Would recommend.

Got what I wanted when you said at a price I liked but above all yasser the delivery driver was so polite and extremely helpful and a joy to meet
These are you people that make a bad better and a good day even better

Amazing service ! Couldn’t be more helpful. Even took the trouble to personally call me to update me on the order.

Ordered a Blanco stainless steel tap. Despatch was not immediate, as I had expected, but my query was very speedily answered by Yasser. The customer service I received was very helpful, and when the item arrived it was well packed. I would most definitely use this company again.
