Fireclay's History Although Fine Fireclay and Vitreous China are closely related, there are distinct differences that are frequently overlooked when producing Fine Fireclay, which is generally processed exactly the same as the Vitreous China product in production units specialising in Vitreous China production when, in reality, various parts of the process must be changed to produce a world class piece of Fine Fireclay. Following a decline in the production of Fine Fireclay products as a result of many Vitreous China manufacturers closing down across Europe, our founders set out to create the best Fine Fireclay product possible with the goal of becoming world leaders in Fine Fireclay production. It means that we choose our partnered manufacturers based on quality and trust rather than price, ensuring our customers received the highest quality goods. The Finest Raw Materials Fireclay products are manufactured and moulded in-house. We take great pride in this as a company because all of our Fireclay products are handcrafted by master potters, meaning a perfect sink is crafted every time. The key to producing outstanding Fireclay products is consistency. To ensure that each product meets our high standards, it is rigorously inspected, and quality tested.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, the sink did not arrive and told its not in stock. Had to cancel the order and get a refund. Lost a week on the job and had to find an alternative. The fact they still send the link for a review says it all.

The company that pleases you.
This company has really impressed me with their prompt response with not only the quick delivery service but when searching for the right product that l wanted l wasn’t sure of all the details and dimensions of it so when I asked for this I got a prompt reply. I’m really happy with this new ceramic kitchen sink.I would recommend this company to anybody.

Thank you, for your help and support in my journey of renovation and new build bathroom/wet-room. Getting old is another journey which changes has to take place. It hasn't been easy when halfway of completion, the builder decided to leave me. Searching for items, you made it easy and free delivery which helped me being a senior citizen and with health issues. Wrong sink delivered twice, customer waiting for sink to be able to replace work tops, very frustrating.

Shocking aftercare and delivery, bath missing key parts
Bath delivered (by just one man, which isn’t enough to safely deliver a bath) in woefully insufficient protection and missing legs, nuts, feet etc. Alerted Balterley immediately who said the best they could do was two day delivery of replacement parts, which meant our plumbers were left with nothing to do. Two days later and although we have a tracking number the courier still hasn’t received the package from Balterley, so we’re having to go out and spend £50 on parts otherwise we pay our plumbers to do nothing today.
