Who are we? World leaders in fine Fireclay. We devote our entire operation to this high-quality method of production. Our 12,000-square-meter factory and 150 employees currently produce 150,000 pieces per year, with a goal of reaching 250,000 fireclay products by the end of 2023 with an additional 100 employees. Fireclay's History Although Fine Fireclay and Vitreous China are closely related, there are distinct differences that are frequently overlooked when producing Fine Fireclay, which is generally processed exactly the same as the Vitreous China product in production units specialising in Vitreous China production when, in reality, various parts of the process must be changed to produce a world class piece of Fine Fireclay. Following a decline in the production of Fine Fireclay products as a result of many Vitreous China manufacturers closing down across Europe, our founders set out to create the best Fine Fireclay product possible with the goal of becoming world leaders in Fine Fireclay production. It means that we choose our partnered manufacturers based on quality and trust rather than price, ensuring our customers received the highest quality goods. The Finest Raw Materials Fireclay products are manufactured and moulded in-house. We take great pride in this as a company because all of our Fireclay products are handcrafted by master potters, meaning a perfect sink is crafted every time. The key to producing outstanding Fireclay products is consistency. To ensure that each product meets our high standards, it is rigorously inspected, and quality tested.

Choose to ignore their customers

Bought a shower screen from them via b&q and the fixing and seals are such poor quality that it leaks and floods the outside of the bathroom just from the water that drips down the screen. Contacted them and this was their response

The screens are not designed to have water sprayed at them directly
The screens are intended to deflect water droplets back into the bath/shower tray
They are not designed to be used as a watertight barrier for a direct and constant stream of water.

Basically acknowledging their products aren’t fit for what they advertise them as and are now ignoring me

wouldnt reccomend

We ordered what we thought was a 2 in 1 toilet and basin through B&Q, it then arrived (LATE) causing us huge issues, which we later then realised we had only ordered a basin and vanity even though the picture clearly shows a toilet just like the other options on B&Q's website, not only that, but the item also came broken, their supplyer name on B&Q's website is KU kitchen and bathrooms, i would personally avoid.

Hopeless delivery

The loos are not yet fitted so I cannot say how they are but the whole thing was let down by hopeless delivery. My view is that you would do better to use a reputable delivery firm and not rely on cheaper ones who leave before you can get to the door. The first delivery team just telephoned and left without getting out of the van even though I was there. Balterley tried to help and the second delivery was good and helpful for which I was grateful.
