Our 12,000-square-meter factory and 150 employees currently produce 150,000 pieces per year, with a goal of reaching 250,000 fireclay products by the end of 2023 with an additional 100 employees. Fireclay's History Although Fine Fireclay and Vitreous China are closely related, there are distinct differences that are frequently overlooked when producing Fine Fireclay, which is generally processed exactly the same as the Vitreous China product in production units specialising in Vitreous China production when, in reality, various parts of the process must be changed to produce a world class piece of Fine Fireclay. Following a decline in the production of Fine Fireclay products as a result of many Vitreous China manufacturers closing down across Europe, our founders set out to create the best Fine Fireclay product possible with the goal of becoming world leaders in Fine Fireclay production. It means that we choose our partnered manufacturers based on quality and trust rather than price, ensuring our customers received the highest quality goods. The Finest Raw Materials Fireclay products are manufactured and moulded in-house. We take great pride in this as a company because all of our Fireclay products are handcrafted by master potters, meaning a perfect sink is crafted every time. The key to producing outstanding Fireclay products is consistency. To ensure that each product meets our high standards, it is rigorously inspected, and quality tested.

my first order went missing and …
my first order went missing and when i did recieve my sink on 2 nd order it was bably damaged and i been fobbed of trying to get my new sink i and 76 years old and not good eith computrs im in the middle of having my kitchen rplaced and now i dont have a sink so i want rfund or new undamaged sink

Your delivery company is not helpful they don't leave a contact number or a re delivery.
Your communication skills are lacking and should be reviewed.
It has been left to me to find out what was happening with my delivery, otherwise I don't think I would still know what was happening concerning my package .
Shame really I hope you take this as constructive comments and review your systems.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. I was in a hurry and on a deadline. Balterley pushed my delivery forward which really helped.
The cooker I have bought looks terrific and 'fits' my kitchen . I have so far only used the hob (excellent) but will be using the oven later today. It is a v convenient size.

Appalling customer service
Great priced items but prey you don’t have to communicate to their customer service department. Rude and abrasive language used without an ounce of empathy or accountability for the reason for contact. 1 star for product price, 1 star for actioning a refund immediately upon complaint.

Poor delivery
The company used for delivering is poor, there was no knock at the door but at the end of the day realised my parcel had been left at an angle! Not even upright, outside and left for anyone to take. Absolutely appalling
