Thanks to all came in contact with at the store
I had a puncture which I wanted to be repaired urgently Everything i need is taken care of they go above and beyond what's required. Super friendly down to earth approachable. The mechanic i can't remember his name took special of my bike and was ready to collect in no time.

Great shop for bike repairs
Great shop for bike repairs. They replaced my inner tube and tyre on the spot despite being busy. Many thanks to @Nathan for this. More generally, expert staff who really take pride in their work. This has been my go to bike shop since it opened a number of years ago.

The guys in Balfe’s in Notting Hill are…
The guys in Balfe’s in Notting Hill are great, they always look out for their customers, provide caring service and highlight good offers. Despite being part of a big chain catering to the whole of the cycling market, they go the extra mile to deliver a service you would expect from a boutique high end road and race bike shop. When you add that to the fact that you get the choice and prices of a big chain, my experience at Balfe’s in Notting Hill is really great overall and I am very grateful to all the staff who have helped me there.

Life savers!
Recently bought an entry level bike at Balfe's Notting Hill (huge thanks to Oliver and Adam for helping sort that, helping me find my bike, get all of the accessories and apply for the C2W voucher), and then crashed and got it repaired. Tony and Doug were also lifesavers, giving me advice, helping get the repairs sorted and talk to the insurance. All of the staff have been super helpful and knowledgeable, and I feel confident to get back on the bike and that I can get the support if I run into any issues. Huge thanks to the Balfe's Notting Hill Team :)) (from the pink cube bike girl lol)

Thank you for a big job well done.
Friendly staff made a thorough assessment - identifying a problem I didn’t know I had .. which had it not been attended to - could have been extremely inconvenient ( a total breakdown miles from home ) or, worse, could have resulted in an accident / me falling off .. which at my age is to be avoided !
Thank you to all who helped .. it took a while, parts needed to be ordered etc. .. but when I eventually got my bike back - it had been cleaned and repaired - and looked - and worked - like new !

Dropped in to get help removing the left crank on my bike as it requires a specialist tool. They did it immediately without charging. They are always helpful in Balfe's!
