Amazing service, people in store helped massively

Good attentive service

Buying a bike from Balfe's was a great experience from the online site to find and source the bike through to meeting them at the shop and having the bike set up for me. They were highly competitive on price and I was also able to get accessories that they fitted for me too. Finally they checked the bike for my height, ran over a few things and I was on my way. Will return for my 2 month service and then will be sure to keep returning.

I have had a couple of really positive experiences with the team at Balfe's in Notting Hill. Experts with respect to bikes and looking after them, very customer focussed, charming and a cohesive team. It looks like they all really enjoy their jobs and where they work.

Detailed product knowledge across the team made decision taking much clearer on a high value purchase. And keeping the delivery, preparation and handover phase running without a hitch was helpful too

I had a puncture and they fixed my bike straight away , lovely friendly staff.

My battery on my cargo ebike was stolen. I dropped my bike in on the 11th October and I still do not have it resolved on the 13th December. This is over two months and I am still without a bike.

For the purpose of satisfying my insurer my bike needed a crash assessment after a road rage incident. Balfe's (Westborne Grove) conducted this quickly and efficiently as well as the required repairs thereafter to a high professional standard. Incidentally, they also assessed my Ultegra chainset with the result that I received a brand new replacement (as the result of Shimano's recall scheme). I was surprised at how economical the whole experience was given the work involved.
