Good communication, no problems with bike itself apart from it arrived fully built but with the fork on backwards. Easily rectified by someone who knew what they were doing, otherwise I would have probably not noticed the problem.

Delivery was quick price was good i bought these after reading a review of different brands these were recommended my hands are not big so ordered medium which are ok but a little on the tight side getting them on but i can remove them easy enough.

I think it's not a brand new bike as…
I think it's not a brand new bike as very dusty ( maybe a display model ) and screws damaged for the headstock so very difficult to pit handle bars straight.

We’re sorry that the bike did not arrive in the condition you expected.
Unless clearly advertised otherwise, our bikes are sold as new. A bike may have been built and stored before dispatch, which can account for some dust, but it should still arrive properly presented and without damaged components.
If the stem bolts appear damaged or the handlebars cannot be aligned securely, please do not ride the bike. Contact support@balfesbikes.co.uk with your order details and photographs so we can review this and assist.

Was dispatched last Monday still havnt received have chased up Balfe’s but they say the can’t get hold of courier.
