Not value for money...
I purchased a personalised 9 piece brownie cake and omg was so disappointed. It measured in total 6 inches square and was a mess on arrival when I opened the box. So expensive for what it was. Dont use this company..find another.
I emailed straight away regarding my disappointment but the response was weak.
I wished I had read the other reviews before buying as would have run a mile.

Perfect Vegan Birthday Cake
Bakerdays is a fantastic online company. At short notice I purchased a small vegan Birthday cake! Perfect with the Blossom Tree for my Graduate youngest for 25th Birthday who studied Japanese. Had all to oneself! Said the cake was delicious! Thank you. Will certainly be using Bakerdays again.

My wifes 60th Birthday cake
The cake was excellent,the written text was clear, the font was flowing and clear to read without any smudging. The victoria sponge was spongy an tasted really good there was nice hint of lemon. It was a birthday cake for my wife's 60th birthday. She loved it.

Delivery didn't happen,
Dear Sirs
I ordered a cake for my Wife's 80th birthday on 21st December 2025. I received no confirmation from yourselves but received a notification from DPD that they were expecting the parcel. On the 23rd December 2025 DPD stated that the parcel would be delivered between 13.06 and14.06 on that day. I received a message from DPD at 13.18 that " our driver missed you". Nobody came to my property. I tracked the delivery on the Dpd App, I stayed at home to receive the delivery. I was very disappointed. The same happened the next day, I was now very angry. I tried to contact DPD but could only get the chat line which is me talking to computer, totally useless.
I requested that the order be cancelled. I then tried to contact your office but could not get to talk to anyone.
I wish to cancel the order and receive a refund. The cake will be too stale and the birthday has gone by. DPD have let you down.
Please contact me to confirm that my request has been actioned.

Keeps promising it’s out fud delivery, even got a time.
Waited in and then had a message in the evening to say sorry the driver missed us!!????
We were in in fact we saw one of the vans drive by not even slowing down to check the address.
Said it would be here today, now thd up date is it is still at the glen field depot. ??
It with have been perfect to have been delivered on the 18th as promised, now it us going to be the 22nd?? I gave to Jake a special journey now to deliver it!! Not very happy.
Amazon can still deliver on time at Christmas!!???
