Attempted to live chat to inquire about a sample. Waited about 15 minutes for a response. Something was typed into the chat but the conversation was terminated and the chat box closed before I even had a chance to read the response. Please stop wasting my time.

I paid $300 for bags and was given an invalid tracking number. After reporting I didn’t receive the bags, I had to call the company 3 times and email twice in order to get assistance. The company won’t have a representative talk to you on the phone but only communicate through email. The company started a replacement order (without talking to me) and refused to refund me for the lost bags since they started a new order. The conversation through email was rude, dismissive and arrogant. I’m now out $300, have no bags for our fundraiser and have had to dispute the charge on my credit card and report the situation to the BBB (Bad Business Bureau).

Stay far away from this fake company. They will take your money.

I ordered several sizes of small cotton bags to use when I need to carry something that wasn't the size of a bag of ice. Like the two wine bottle bag - perfect for carrying a couple of oranges to a friend. Everything shipped and arrived on time. The only problem I've had is trying to leave a review on the site they want me to. I gave up on that and came here - the true authority in reviews.

Bags were great quality! I ordered the green color and they came out perfectly and were a great color. The shipping was quick and I was able to track my order as soon as it was confirmed.

I bought their product, and after opening it it was not usable. I wrote to the customer service and within an hour the send me a package with a replacemnt

I love my tote bag! The quality is great, it feels sturdy, and it’s the perfect size for carrying everything I need. It looks good and has held up really well with everyday use.

Put in an order with Bagz Depot for my business was was very upset with my purchase. My order of custom bags came in completely wrong and different dimensions listed. I also confirmed sizing with my Art mockup. I looked to resolve this situation with their support team and had a disappointing response. " I am not sure how to resolve the issue as there are no returns on customized items." I did not ask for a return I received an item I did not approve.

They then updated their website to reflect their items are subject to variation in size, color, material etc. And added "We may update this policy at any time without notice. The most recent version will always be posted on this page." Additionally the screen printing was peeling off and seams are opening on sides of bags. Do not waste your money on a guessing game of what product may come in. Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service.

They sent us the wrong items despite giving them the correct templates and refused to give us a full refund or redo the orders when it's clearly their fault. This company is sketchy, a total rip off, customer service is terrible. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!

Easy to navigate website. Good communication

Customer service was the worst at resolving my issue and I still haven't received a refund for the totes I returned.
