Great service - would use again

Their website is easy to use, they currently offer a 15% welcome discount for new customers, and their staff are friendly and communicative. I was pleased to be given a 30-minute window on the day BagBudy came to pick up the luggage. Would definitely use again.

Very bad service and overcharge
It was terrible. I paid an extra £20 tp have my bag taken to check because my arm was broken but the guy whom I dealt with was not the same one transporting. I had to stand in the cold outside in the taxi ramp with a heavy trolley and badly broken arm in a cuff to get my suitcase , put it in the trolley and wheel it with one arm to air canada. I was returning ti Canada for surgery on my arm. The guy did not know me , I did not know what he looked like, I did not have a phone number. They promised to refund my overcharge of £20 but have not done so. Disgusting service . Subsequent to this review I was refunded my £20.
Needless to day I will not use them again. They need to get their logistics in order.

Bagbudy is a really excellent service
Bagbudy is a really excellent service - it was very efficient, reliable and very happy to be flexibility around changing travel arrangements. The service I received from Rana was amazing, who was very friendly and patient during the pick up and drop off, as well as whilst changing plans. I’d definitely recommend this.

Bag Budy was very helpful and useful
Bag Budy was very helpful and useful instead of carrying my bag around London.
I had to wait longer than expected due to traffic and there was a slight confusion in my terminal drop off but was rectified very quickly.
Definitely recommend and price was very reasonable.

Good & reliable service
Good & reliable service. I used it to transport 3 suitcases to LHR as we were travelling with a baby and would have required an XL taxi to get to the airport. For £62 - all the bags were picked on time and delivered at the assigned dropped off point.

Effortless transfer and so glad we had bag budy!
It’s our first time to London and so glad we have engaged bag budy service to transfer our luggages. We had to checkout at 11am and our flight is at 7pm. Can’t image pulling our luggages during the window period. Glad we have bag budy and we could shop and travel to the airport effortlessly.

Fantastic service
From start to finish this was an excellent service and i really feel they went the extra mile for me.
Communication was swift and faultless even on a Sunday afternoon. Bags were collected on time and then i was met at the airport by my check in desk by two very smartly dressed gentlemen which was so helpful and this service was worth every penny.

I booked BagBudy at the eleventh hour
I booked BagBudy at the eleventh hour, 24 hours before my flight from London Heathrow to Delhi. The reason I booked it is because I had a foot injury and I didn’t want to lug my suitcases to the airport. I am very impressed with the service. Everything ran seamlessly, I got constant updates about ETA. I had booked the check-in service as well. So not only were my bags delivered on time, I was also checked in a speedy manner. I highly recommend this service, and will be using in the future so I can get the time back and commute to airports stress-free.

BagBuddy provided an outstanding service today. They collected my bags from LHR and delivered them safely to my home without any hassle. The team was extremely professional throughout — they even called ahead to let me know they were waiting at arrivals, which I really appreciated.

Reliable service!
Driver picked my bags up, sealed them and dropped them off at the correct times. Customer service was great, very friendly. Saves all the hassles taking them to Heathrow. Highly recommend!
