Product at a great price.

However postage; Aberdeen is not “highlands and islands” so £18 extra for postage is unfair.

Though still cheaper than anywhere else, even with ridiculous postage

I ordered on the Monday at midnight and it arrived Wednesday on free delivery. Product is as expected and was a great price. I haven’t requested any other support from them so I don’t know how their communication is for support, but in terms of order updates I received order confirmation and shipping confirmation really fast very happy with service. 0 issues so far.

So product was delayed, babys-mart updated me at every stage, ending with a courtesy call to let me know that the child's chair was ready to be dispatched, which gave me an opportunity to change the delivery address which was extremely helpful. Highly recommended

I bought a car seat for a great price at the end of January, when after a week or so I’d not heard anything I suddenly panicked that I’d been scammed. I called their store directly and the call was answered really quickly, I raised my query and the lady I spoke to advised that the items were due into the warehouse the following week and that I’d get an update when the item shipped. The following week they called me direct to let me know the item was about to be shipped to me and this week I received it. So I wanted to say thank you for what was a great service in the end, and the car seat is great. I would like to pass on some feedback though, it needs to be made a touch more obvious at the point of order around the potential wait for items coming into your warehouse. Once I understood this and following the great communication I received my mind was put at ease, but I can see how people might be frustrated or panicky post order.

Excellent customer service. The item we ordered was delayed because of supply issues, but once it was back in stock, it was delivered quickly and we were kept up to date at every stage.

Also, it was less expensive than equivalent vendors. Highly recommend.

Very easy to order, competitive price and excellent communication from Baby’s-Mart up to delivery. The two car seats arrived quickly.

The item we ordered was fine, however we waited a few weeks for it and are awaiting another order (ordered a day or so later) and have yet to receive it. No one has replied to my email regarding this, the money has left my account but I have not received my item! Just a bit of communication would be good.

Brought a car seat of the website which was in a sale, waited 8 days for an email on dispatch info which I didn't get but I did get another email from BabysMart stating that they would be refunding for the product as it was priced incorrectly. Incorrectly they say when it was priced on the website at the sale price for well over a week as I was doing research to see if its the car seat I would choose also still took them 8 days of having my money and confirming sale to realise this mistake. Absolute joke of a company and would not recommend to anyone.

Seat was late and no message received but quickly resolved and then great product received as promised.

Amazing stroller fast delivery z

Ordered a Axkid car seat that was suposedly in stock online at the time with a 7-10 day delivery. No changes in order status, everytime I called I was told that stock was on the way, but there was a delay. Promised dates came and went, when I finally chased again over the phone after 15 working days I was told that expected delivery was mid Feb. Gave up at this point and requested a refund (which was same day to be fair). However, on day of cancellation the car seat was showing as in stock on the website. Poor experience, seemingly stock control is lacking and certainly communication were very poor (apart from Abby at the very end). Don't bother with emailing, unlikely to get a response in my experience.
