Delayed delivery, poor communication
Ordered a Axkid car seat that was suposedly in stock online at the time with a 7-10 day delivery. No changes in order status, everytime I called I was told that stock was on the way, but there was a delay. Promised dates came and went, when I finally chased again over the phone after 15 working days I was told that expected delivery was mid Feb. Gave up at this point and requested a refund (which was same day to be fair). However, on day of cancellation the car seat was showing as in stock on the website. Poor experience, seemingly stock control is lacking and certainly communication were very poor (apart from Abby at the very end). Don't bother with emailing, unlikely to get a response in my experience.

Great Service
Babys-Mart are an excellent company to order from at a reduced price. We ordered a Mama's & Papa's travel system and saved £300. The car seat was sent in the wrong colour but they very quickly and easily collected it and sent the correct one. All in all a very speedy service and great customer service.

The car seat I bought was cheaper by far than anywhere else and delivery was in 48 hours not the 2 weeks estimated! All in all very happy.

The car seat is a good buy however the delivery was a disaster. No updates delivery took over a week and I received notifications of intended delivery a month after I received the product.

Wouldn’t order again
The wrong item was delivered, had to send back at my own expense (although this was later refunded) battling the post office at Christmas. Slow response to emails. Would have expected them to do all possible to correct their error such as a pre-paid postal pick up. I wouldn’t order from this company again.

Very good price for products
Very good price for products. No update emails to say when parcel was being shipped or when it was out for delivery etc. had to email them in the end. However, they were very quick to respond & received a response the same day. Would buy from here again.

Excellent First Impression
We were looking to upgrade our child's car seat and found the one we wanted at Baby's-Mart for over £30 cheaper than anywhere else online. We were a bit sceptical at first but we still placed the order and 2 days later it arrived and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. We were very impressed and will return when we are looking to buy more baby products.
