Fantastic quality on the products. Get personal emails from them to suggest ideas or just do exactly what you want and send you pdfs of how it will look. This is the second time I have ordered from baby tots and never once have I been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't beleive how good this company's customer service is. I ordered a personalised teddie and it arrived today with royal mail . I'm so pleased with the teddie its fab ! Julie kept in touch through the process of making the teddies personalised words and also notified me when it was posted.. Thank you so much Julie we.shall order again soon. I dont know how to post a pic but I know my grandson will be delighted with it
