It was easy and perfect
I bought online a nuna footmuff . I ordered it on Friday and footmuff delivered on Tuesday. They informed me via email for each step. I like the company and I will do my next shoppings from here.

I purchased a cybex car seat but wasn’t available as it stated on the website that there was but Baby Nest did promptly send me an e:mail stating that they’ll find one and was found very quickly to be honest so would have give a 5 star if all went smooth.

Such a great shop!
Such a great shop! Has pretty much everything you need all under one roof and you get such a personal service from the staff who demonstrated the difference prams for us. They have so much knowledge and even brought some out to our car to check how they fit in the boot. Honestly, if you are having a baby then I highly recommend this place!

Thank you for review.
We wanted to clarify that we had responded to the email that you had sent to us on Monday following your email sent that weekend. We had checked all our email folders including the spam folder and can only see one email sent from you. We confirmed in that email that we normally ship this item in their own original packaging in a different outer box to prevent it getting damaged whilst in transit to you.
We never received any reply to our e-mail or subsequent communication asking you to confirm the items we're correct. We had also tried o contact you via phone regarding this order without any answer.
We would kindly ask if you would remove this review as you clearly have the correct item as a substantial amount of time has passed since this was order received by yourself.

We have used this independant store on multiple occasions to buy prams, strollers and car seats for our twins.
The customer service is second to none and they have great after care support if anything was to go wrong with your equipment after purchase. I would highly recommend.
