I ordered 4 gift sets of Billes and Co marbles. When they arrived; one of the sets was burst open with damaged marbles loose in the outer packaging. I took some photos and emailed them to Babipur and within minutes; I had a reply with options to rectify. Within a couple of days, the faulty set had been uplifted from my house for free and a new set delivered. Amazing customer service! My children are getting their marbles for their Christmas so I am yet to see how they are but they looked beautiful! Thank you!

I accidentally ordered a T-shirt in the wrong size and only noticed when I received the confirmation email. I contacted the company straight away by phone and message, and they changed the order to the correct size without any issues. I believe it was Anne who helped me – she was brilliant! I wish customer service was always this good.

I had the best customer service experience I had in a long time. I bought a dreamy Patagonia sweater in the sale which I then discovered had a small hole as a seam had loosened. Once flagged with the team they offered to send it back to them and have it repaired before it was sent back to me, all cost free and with ongoing updates. I am absolutely amazed and very grateful for such good care. Customer service well understood and executed- chapeau!

First time I've shopped with Babipur,absolutely fantastic service ordered a coat on Thursday evening and it arrived today Saturday,2 days from order to delivery,I love my new coat its perfect,definitely be shopping here again thank you.

I ordered a hat for my holidays on the 25th of July, it did not arrive by the 8th of August and I had to cancel the order because I was going away on holidays. I could see the package was stuck in the international hub and the support team from BabiPur did not take action until it was too late. There was indeed a mistake in the custom data. I never managed to receive the package. Maybe it is good quality, but if you order internationally (from the UK to the EU) they told me I should allow for 20 working days, that is more than a month for shipping within Europe. If you can wait for more than a month, it is probably a good option.

What a fantastic company, as a small setting im always looking for new resources that last as get played with a lot! Everything iv ordered has been great quality and always arrived super quick. Cant recommend enough. Super helpful with enquiries too. 😀

Fantastic company!
I wish I could afford more from their site, they stock such high quality items! I also wish I'd found them years ago. At this stage, I mostly use babipur to stock up on household cleaning items, bathroom things etc.

As a household we are trying to move away from toxic chemicals as much as possible, and I love knowing that Babipur have done the research so I don't have to (I started out doing my own follow up and even then it's much quicker to verify the companies they stock than go down the whole rabbit hole from scratch myself).

Their rewards system is excellent, and they even have warehouse sales every week. I've ordered from them several times now and have always been happy with the orders.

They send the wrong item by mistake, and then resent original order and let us keep the extra item free of charge, a really nice touch, great company to deal with!!

Everything went well with buying from Babipur.

Babipur is a fantastic company, not only selling quality products but also offering truly fantastic customer service. I had a potential fault with an item I'd bought and sent them an email. Within minutes I had a response and within hours the issue had been resolved (turned out there was no problem- I hadn't read the instructions properly😅). At no point was an attempt made to avoid addressing the issue, even though I no longer had a receipt. Although Babipur is online and I've never met the team, the shopping experience is like going into a traditional, family owned shop! A lovely experience from start to finish. I highly recommend buying from Babipur.

Babipur are a fantastic company, it's nice being able to trust a website enough to know anything purchased on the site will be great quality! I've ordered a few times and am always really pleased with the items I've chosen.

I contacted customer service when I realised I hadn't put my order through on PayPal as 'pay in 3'. I swiftly had a reply from Anne who had kindly refunded me so that I could retry once more successfully. Thankyou Anne!

I've been a customer of Babipur for a long time and love the products that they stock, for myself and the kids! I have also always found their customer service to be excellent. However, Anne in their team went above and beyond for me this morning after I made a mistake with the delivery address for a gift.
