The worst customer service I've every known

I've never left a negative review in my life, I normally just can't be bothered but this was so bad I felt obliged to warn other people of these incompetent, un-awesome people. They took my money, then went silent, impossible to contact via phone, email, insta, twitter. I tried them all and was met with a wall of silence, very frustrating. I finally got through on the phone and things got moving after a few weeks of chasing but even then things still took ages. Please avoid!

Company is now in administration. Expect to wait months for your products if you get them at all. Phone line is cut off. No reply to emails or messages. Comments turned off on social media.
According to Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 you should be able to claim your money back if you paid by credit card and spent over £100.

Good quality but awful wait time.

It took 3 months for my order to arrive.
I emailed them just before the 3 month mark twice asking about the status of my order, only to get an email saying they were 'extremely sorry' and the tracking info.
A shame because the quality of their items is actually pretty good (I ordered samples) but I don't know if I'll order from them again. I'm a small business owner and I can't afford 3 month waits with radio silence. Please communicate with your customers. Even delays and updated time frames.

Payment taken then ghosted

Order placed, artwork modified and agreed then it all went quiet. No updates, no delivery (despite payment being taken) and no way to get in contact with them. I have tried, email, phone and online chat, none of which got through to anyone. Very frustrating for a small business working with limited resources. If you are a small business I would advise finding another supplier.

3 separate orders over the last year have been "delayed" due to faulty machinery apparently... Been waiting over a month for some business cards and no offer of a refund or compensation... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AWFUL

Absolutely ridiculous customer service

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I ordered business cards over a month ago, still not received and have sent many emails chasing up but no one can be bothered to respond. Phone line is apparently always busy - probably due to the amount of orders that are delayed.

No communication.
No invoice was send to me for vat (this should be sent with the order confirmation)
The delivery company used USPS did a terrible job and I had to pay a bunch of taxes.
Unfortunatly, from minute one it was a terrible experienc.

I'm only leaving one star because I…

I'm only leaving one star because I can't leave no stars. There were some problems with my art work which took a while to rectify (a sizing error that was down to me). Once that was sorted I was told the order was placed and my product was being printed... at which point it everything went quiet. I waited, assuming my order would arrive, and when it didn't I emailed, in fact I've emailed them several times without any response. I then received a generic email that being began 'Hey there ...' which told me they were no longer making my product and would I like to wait (!?) or would I like refund. I asked for a refund but have had no reply or refund. Poor communication, poor customer service, no product and no refund - I would not recommend anyone use this company.

No compensation for order that arrived a month after promised. Emails ignored.

I've been using Awesome Merchandise for a few years and they've been great. But an order was delayed over a month recently and when I tried to find out how it was progressing I got evasive answers and was responded to by a different person each time. The order was too ate for me to send it to my customer so I had to print it elsewhere which cost me more. When I contacted them asking if there was any compensation I got no response until I persisted. I was told they offered no compensation because they considered the order to have arrived correctly, even though it arrived after they had said it would. Also, the email system is frustrating because you may not get a response for days and days, so you email again, then when they finally respond they always mention that the delay is because you emailed again before they responded, and that puts you to the bottom of the email list again. It seems like a sort of passive aggressive system that punishes impatience. Except it's not impatience if you haven't had a response for 4 or 5 days. And they always mention it and blame he delay on that. So you've experienced the thing that was an issue in the first place, the delay in answering, and then they basically say it was your fault. It's not been a great experience. I wouldn't trust them to be prompt or helpful anymore.

🚨HORRENDOUS- AVOID!!!🚨

HORRENDOUS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I used to use AM years ago- and they were great. But I recently ordered some stickers & business cards- one order for myself & one for my business. So 2 separate emails/people in the companies eyes.

One lot of my personal stickers & all the business stickers arrived after 2 weeks, then my other half of personal stickers arrived 2 weeks after that (so a month after I originally ordered). And 6 weeks on - no business cards.
I have emailed 4 times on my business email- no reply. I have emailed 3 times on my personal email- again no reply.

I have outright asked for a refund & still NOTHING. No communication whatsoever. So incredibly disappointing considering I needed them for one of the UKs biggest tattoo conventions this weekend.

There is just no care in the world from this company and it’s embarrassing at this stage.

I have since spoken to handfuls of customers that also are waiting on refunds worth £1000’s.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid at all costs. I literally beg you.

Lost package, no refund?!

I ordered in the past and they were great - this time, I placed an order in the middle of December. They finally "sent" the parcel in January. It would have been fine if it actually arrived, but it was "picked up" by Evri (??) on the 12th of Jan. and never moved. I've written countless emails, and they either don't answer, or tell me that it's been shipped and I should contact the shipper (Evri says to contact the seller) or that they want to "wait and see". In the last email they told me they don't refund shipping delays! I wouldn't call this a shipping delay, I would call it theft of the money that I paid them for something that I actually needed in December of 2022. Do not use this company. I'm currently looking into how to report them and what legal process I'll have to use to get my money back.

Never again

I don't know what's happened to Awesome, but this is absolutely the worst experience I've had with them, or any other merchandise supplier for that matter. By a long shot.
None of the phone numbers seem to work and no response to any of my emails. When I did receive an email from them, it was pretty obvious they had no idea what was going on with my order.
I've now received an automated email over 2 weeks after I placed my order saying that it will actually be delivered, but won't say when and it doesn't mention any of the emails I've sent requesting information.
If my purchase does actually arrive in time for the event I actually bought it for, it will be a bloody miracle. But again, as I have not been able to speak to ANYONE at Awesome, nor have I received any responses to my emails and messages, this experience has been nothing short of ridiculous.
Absolutely will not use Awesome ever again.

Avoid this company!!

By far THE WORST customer service I have encountered by a printing company. Slow and clueless! It seems that it's all a scam. I placed an order over a month ago and they are unable to provide me with updates on the whereabouts of the order. They have good quality stuff but their customer service is awful. I would put 0 stars if I could. Avoid!!

AVOID AVOID WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

AVOID AVOID ordered buisness cards in december 2022, understanding of the xmas new years delay, received the wrong cards in jan after no communication on their part had the most painful customer experience possible, contacted them via 4 different email accounts and heard nothing back on all, have just received the correct cards today 3 months later, absolutely not worth it unless you arent bothered buy disgusting customer service

AVOID!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I was waiting for my order since November 2022, and was being ignored and told lies. I cancelled my order and I'm now being ignored for the refund. I feel like the only solution will be to take the matter to small claims court as Awesome Merch aren't responding to emails and have no phone.

I had an absolute nightmare with my…

I had an absolute nightmare with my most recent order. Order was placed and then it felt like I was being fobbed off when I'd ask about my order.

Tried to email and send messages on the business Instagram page and got ignored.

I ended up placing a new order and when I got the email from that I asked them to call me. That was the only way I got to talk to someone. But when I did the guy on the phone sorted out my order within five days.

If you're struggling to get in contact I suggest you do the same.
