Late delivery and poor quality. AVOID.

Order was delivered much later than expected and beyond the stated turnaround time. Very poor communication, and thus by the time it arrived it was already after the event I required it for. The quality was also incredibly disappointing, the printing was faint and smudged. Have been in contact since to try to resolve this, but have just been ignored. Waste of my money and my time. Avoid this rubbish company.

I will definitely use them again.

I'm surprised to read all the bad reviews. I'm not aware of what happened in the past tho. I can also see there's 2 locations, my review is for the UK branch.
I have known of Awesome for years but never used their service before. I recently ordered some sticker sheets and sticker packs and they were absolutely perfect, great quality. The customer service was super personal and they were incredibly helpful making sure my files were perfect before going to print.
I will definitely use them again.

TERRIBLE!

This has been the worst experience with a company. I ordered personalised lighters mid January for a birthday party at the start of April thinking that would give plenty of time. There was a complete lack of communication from the start when I chased the expected delivery date. It then got closer and closer to the party date and I was told all of a sudden that they were struggling to find an appropriate courier service (whilst under the impression the lighters has actually already been produced, we were just waiting on confirmation for delivery). As this was taking so long, I then arranged for a friend to collect the order, however, I was then informed the lighters were not produced and they were now out of stock of the colour had originally chosen! I proceeded to then choose an alternative colour and gave my friend the collection address, but they would not provide me with a contact number. The company they said they weren't going to have the order ready to collect in time (1 day before the party day). I was so disappointed and annoyed about the lack of communication - I ordered so early, so that I could order from elsewhere if anything were to go wrong. I have then been chasing a refund for 6 weeks!

We have had supply chain issues with our lighters which have been marked as out of stock for a while on our website so apologies if you missed this when placing the order. In regards to completing this order, we do have to allow production enough time to complete all orders once they are ready to be produced. I am sorry for the stress this must have caused you but I can assure you, this is a one off instance and we would love the opportunity to work with you again!

Very helpful and quality products

They really helped out with fulfilling a large order for an upcoming festival with a very quick turnaround and super helpful customer service. The products are always quality and I get compliments on them when I sell them at my stall.

Hopefully turning a corner!

Whilst there are some annoying issues with the Awesome website (trying to order custom tote bags is confusing) and the communication can be patchy, when I actually managed to speak to customer service, they were really helpful. Jenni really helped to look at what the issues that were holding up our order, fixed them and got our products sent out very quickly. Previous years it has taken maybe three weeks to receive an order, this was cut on half on this order. I really recommend calling them if you have a question as you are helped much quicker! Hopefully this is a sign that service has turned a corner as the products are always great.

A mighty transformation

I've been buying from Awesome Merchandise for many years now and after the business went under last year and the service was a catastrophe I nearly sacked them off for good. However, after months of frustrated messaging and little movement, I eventually got put in touch with Liam who has been a total gem. With his help, all my outstanding issues were sorted and he has restored my confidence in using them again, which is frankly a remarkable feat. Some of the products are unworkably expensive and occasionally the orders come inadequately packed - hence deducting a star - but overall this is a mighty transformation.

Brilliant service and quality - not sure what the negative reviews are about?!

I ordered some postcards for an event without reading the guidelines for expected delivery, after speaking with Awesome Merch, they pulled out all the stops and got them to me in good time for the event, with days to spare! High quality postcards (on a great deal), well packaged and excellent customer service. I was very relieved after reading some negative reviews and can say that my experience was perfect from start to finish. Thanks Awesome Merch, we'll be back for more.

They've come a long way since what…

They've come a long way since what happened a while ago. They're so much faster now and the quality is excellent! Nisha had been so wonderful with everything I've ordered and needed help with. I'd recommend her highly.

The only negative I would say is that the prices have gone up quite a bit so I only really order when I can get a deal.

Disappointing

Unclear descriptions on the website, terrible customer service. Have cancelled both of my orders because it was more stress than what it was worth. Will be looking elsewhere.

One time miss I hope

Bon, pas mal de choses à dire. Premièrement : je n'ai jamais obtenu les produits commandés donc je ne peux pas juger de leur qualité. Secondement, si vous voulez faire livrer en France, je vous déconseille leur services, économisez votre temps et argent et choisissez une production locale.
Encore une fois, je ne pas juger de la qualité des produits, en revanche ma note correspond à mon experience avec le service client.
J'ai passé commande en Janvier, ma commande a été pour la première fois marquée comme livrée en Janvier. Connaissant l'état de la poste au UK, j'ai laissé passer un mois avant de contacter le service client (malgré la mention sur le site du transporteur qui encourageait à contacter le vendeur plus tôt). Puis, à la suite d'une conversation par mails où l'on m'a vaguement expliqué qu'il y avait un problème avec le transporteur (EVRI) et l'enregistrement de l'entreprise (Awesomemerchandise), on m'a assuré me remettre un nouveau numéro de suivi. Après un peu d'attente, j'ai recontacté la même adresse car : aucun numéro de suivi. On me donne la même excuse précédente. Plusieurs mails, un coup "oui ça va partir" un coup on me demande si je veux recevoir ma commande (oui oui, on m'a bien demandé si je voulais recevoir ma commande sans même me proposer de remboursement), toujours rien. On en arrive à fin Mars, je demande à recevoir un numéro de suivi immédiatement ou le remboursement de ma commande (qui d'ailleurs n'est pas de grand chose 30-40livres). Un week end passe, voire un jour de plus, je reçois une notification de suivi de UPS cette fois-ci.
Je vous épargne les temps d'attente et les extra, UPS me contacte pour la livraison (nous sommes mi-avril) sauf que les frais d'importation et tout le bazar s'élèvent à 26euros. Je sais bien que cela n'a rien à voir avec Awesomemerchandise, cependant je considère qu'après 4 mois d'attente et de mensonges, la somme demandée n'est pas correcte et je refuse d'avancer les frais pour ensuite demander une participation (que je devine être refusée).
J'ai donc refusé la livraison, j'ai contacté Awesomemerchandise pour un remboursement de la commande, puisqu'au final, je ne la recevrai jamais. Ce à quoi l'on m'a répondu que les frais d'exportation ne sont pas de leur responsabilité et qu'aucun remboursement n'est possible, comme mentionné dans leurs CGV. Compréhensible et vrai, toutefois peu professionnel.
Je ne regrette pas d'avoir refusé la commande. Dans nos echanges par mails, je vous ai demandé plusieurs fois de mieux communiquer avec moi au sujet du suivi de la commande. Je vous ai donné du temps pour régler vos vagues problèmes de transporteur et j'ai choisi de continuer avec vous malgré le retard qui m'a forcé à commander chez des concurrents. Je suis terriblement déçu du service proposé et ne ferai plus jamais appel à vous. Je ne doute pas que vos produits sont de qualité et j'aurai voulu en attester moi-meme.
Résumé de cette aventure : quel dommage.

I can see your order did ship out from us on the 10th January which was 3 working days after you placed your order but it did get stuck in an international issue which caused the delay. We since have looked to resolve this issue for you but the customs charges, which we state online are not included, do need to be paid for the item to be released as this is imposed by France. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with your order but we wouldn't have been able to avoid this charge in any instance. Thanks

Great experience

I ordered some printed mugs, had trouble viewing my invoice/receipt and then happened to read the bad reviews here which made me panic! However my experience with Awesome Merchandise was perfect, quick response sending me my receipt on request. The mugs were then delivered to me a couple of days later with tracked courier info emailed to me and they are great quality with really nice print.

Awful

Placed an order at the beginning of January (3 months ago), still haven’t received anything. Have emailed them several times, they keep giving some BS reason why they haven’t sent my order out. They have totally stopped responding to emails now. It’s a real shame, I’d been a customer of theirs for years, since the business changed hands they seem to only be in the business of taking peoples money and not actually providing any kind of service. Now looking to get a refund but not really sure what to do as they won’t respond to me anyway, don’t both shopping here. You won’t get your order.

I’m not over seas, I’m in the U.K.
I still haven’t had a refund, I asked for one months ago.
You have also definitely not replied to all my emails at all.
You are lying, why do you think you guys have so many negative reviews saying the same thing?
It’s because you are providing are absolutely terrible service or providing no service at all.
Just taking people money.
I will never place an order with you again and will actively tell people to do the same.

Let's start with the positives and move to what definitely can be optimized:
- best variety and quality of Print & Merch available, no doubt. Every item I ordered is 100% Awesome.
-yes, the order took way too long, and the communication was unstable (but friendly), but in the end, I received my whole order.

I sincerely hope the company gets its grips together after its issues and brings back the service they were known for.

Glad my experience was a good one

I must admit I was worried after reading all these negative reviews. So I emailed the company to find out where my prints were. I have to be honest I wa shocked when I got a reply 48 hours later saying my prints were on their way. Guess what! They arrived by Evri today 48 hours after email. The quality is fantastic, especially after another bad print job was done elsewhere.
I am an Artist and really depend on good quality prints as I sell them as a back up to the original Artwork. So I would highly recommend this company for good quality prints. I am also going to put more their way and hopefully, I can write another good review!!

Despite the naysayers... I've had good service.

I've had two batches of 50 t-shirts and 75 mugs through Awesome Merchandise. The T-shirts were great. Fantastic quality of both shirt and print. The mugs arrived a bit late and when I started reading reviews here I panicked... but I chased, they arrived, they even replaced mugs that had broken in transit. I think they company is trying hard in tough circumstances. Just wanted to give credit where it's due. I understand the negative reviews, but this hasn't been my experience.

Panicked but stuff has arrived!

OK. So I ordered. Stuff didn't arrive. Chased them and then read the shocking reviews. Panic. Started firing off more emails and Jenni started replying to me. Explained my situation (politely) and she explained theirs. Jenni kept in touch throughout, made no promises but was clearly working hard to get the stuff delivered. Complete order arrived in good shape and good quality 5 days before the event. Hopefully a sign of service getting turned around from a very bad patch.
