Regular updates as to the delivery of order which assisted in planning works.
Arrived on expected date and as usual quality products.
One fence panel was damaged and was taken away to be replaced. Within 30 minutes a new panel was delivered.

Excellent service and although item was out of stock, they kept me well informed.

Due to national shortage there was a wait for the stock to arrive. However, they made adjustments where they could to accommodate the situation. Will definitely buy from them again.

We ordered a fence panel,the lead time to delivery was longer than expected,but with global trading conditions as they are no surprise.The avs team in Rudgewick were good in keeping regular communication.And in the end it was delivered to roughly the right place-my next door neighbour!But no sweat we received what we ordered.

Very poor communication. Items ordered online were not available and only found out day before delivery when delivery note was emailed. Spoke to sales and they offered alternative. Then found out day before they were due for delivery they were not available for 4-6 weeks. Decided to change order to square posts. Both were warped badly but by then I had resigned myself to just accepting and keeping quiet vowing never to use AvS again. On the upside the delivery driver was brilliant and very helpful which is why I have given two stars and not one.

Ordered materials through the AVS website without any problems. AVS, kept me informed of any materials that were out of stock and found alternatives, to ensure all materials were delivered at the same time.

Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size posts but they were returned and swapped with another product. Whole process was smooth and dealt with no problems. Friendly professional staff.

Railway sleepers packed and delivered with care.

Easy to order on line, great customer service and excellent quality timber.

No problems getting hold of the items and all quality was good. Some quibbling on refund for unused items so I had to battle which was disappointing as I was fully within my consumer rights. However, they did the right thing in the end and refunded the full amount and collected the unused items with no ill will. All people I dealt with were friendly and polite.

There was a discrepancy between what was available online and what they actually had in their Rudgwick store. But the Manager sorted it by sourcing it from another outlet, so he gets 4 stars rather than 5. His extra-mile effort didn't go unnoticed.

The quality of the product itself is what I've come to expect from Jackson's; the Rolls Royce of garden fencing.
