I was recommended AVS fencing from the guy who is fitting the fences for us. I was going to use a well known diy retailer but he said AVS have better quality stock. They do seem good sturdy strong fences, the price was good. The thing that most impressed me was customer service. I needed them for a certain date and wrote a note on the order to say this. Within ten minutes of ordering I had a phone call from the local AVS store. They arranged a delivery day with me. She also sourced some panels that were in stock more quickly for the same price. When the delivery driver came on the day he helped me carry all the materials in as I was on my own (I’m 5”2 and couldn’t have carried the big panels alone. He went above what I’m sure is normally what he’d do. All round excellent and I would highly recommend.

I really like dealing with AVS. Knowledgable and helpful, I’ve never felt talked down to despite being a domestic DIYer in a mainly trade outlet. Good products, decent prices, helpful staff. No hesitation in recommending

Ordering, feedback and delivery is excellent.
Wood is good quality, just a bit wetter than expected, but a couple of days in the sun and fresh air sorts that out.
Have used AVS twice now and will certainly use them again and happy to recommend too.
