Fence capping
The fence capping I ordered were of good quality and had been pressure treated to a good depth. The price was competitive and delivery reasonably prompt

Sleeper delivery
I ordered 35 softwood sleepers.
The depot had a COVID outbreak, which caused a short delay, but
AVS can’t be blamed for the virus.

Very poor customer service.
Product and price ok but very poor customer service. Ignored for a long time at the counter despite 3 people visible - not even an acknowledgement. Bought heavy items but man who brought them round too busy to help load into boot. Maybe it was because I'm not trade but a customer is a customer. Can't recommend and will go elsewhere next time - we all have a choice.

A good product competitively priced.
A good product competitively priced to my mind. I used the gravel boards to build raised beds. Although I had to wait a few days the delivery was on time and efficiently carried out.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, even though the weather was completely foul at the time of delivery, the guy was polite, professional and easy to deal with, as was everyone we spoke with at the Lewes branch.
All timber is very good quality at a reasonable price, we are a happy AVS customer that has already recommended AVS to other businesses.

Excellent delivery service
Supply of shingle for driveway. Good website, follow up call to let me know when delivery would be. Delivery driver was excellent- acted to request to deliver to a certain location and did so efficiently and with courtesy. Would recommend.
