The delivery was chaotic
The delivery was chaotic. Given a date, no-one turned up and was assured it would be out the following day. Wasted a journey to site as no delivery as promised, turned up the day after!

At this stage, i can confirm that this is wrongly ascribed to our Henfield branch. They did not make this delivery. Used AVS for a number of years now always found them very friendly and helpful. Brain down the workshop is very skill at what he does especially with out the ordinary bespoke gates, etc. would always recommend them.

Great company and top quality products
I ordered my fencing on a Tuesday through AVS online. Very easy! I got a phone call from Toni at Henfield letting me know it would be delivered on the Friday! Much quicker than I had expected. Toni was so helpful, she went over and above for me. I had under ordered fence panels. She managed to get more out to me on the same day! Fantastic service.
