Brilliant company easy to order online and collect, the Featheredge was great. Staff were all really friendly 5* and highly recommend

The quality of the wood was of a very high standard and we were very pleased with the product - this included a fence panel, pickets and timber rails. Unfortunately, there was no communication regarding any part of the delivery. This meant that I arrived home one evening to find the order left in the front garden (which sits alongside a public footpath), so anyone could have walked off with any part of it. If I had known it would be arriving or that it had arrived, a member of our household would have made sure we were home to receive it.

Order placed 2pm Friday, fence panels delivered 8:30 following morning! Can't ask better than that!

Website order. No confirmation regarding delivery until my order was on the lorry! Fortunately the driver actually saw my request & called in advance.

Order came with in the specified 7 to 10 working days order was for railway sleepers. On delivery half the sleepers were the wrong colour. Correct coloured sleepers redelivered with in two days of original delivery date. After a phone call and sort email.

Searching for fencing materials AVS always seems to have what you want in stock on an easy to use website.
Prices are always comparable, if not cheaper, and delivery is cheap if you don't reach the free delivery limit. Site staff and drivers are always helpful.
My last order had an unforeseen shortage but it was sorted with a phone call with no quibble. I would always consider AVS for fencing materials.

the decking were of bad quality, discoloration, dirt and significant variations in colours.
Was not possible to choose the right ones because was brought from the yard by an employee without the possibility of choosing.

Basingstoke is much better, I recommend that warehouse over Havant
