This is the second time I've used Avon Estates and it was excellent service from start to finish. I chose them again because the whole team are easy and pleasant to deal with; their communication throughout the process was excellent; and I understood what was happening every step of the way. Good job!

From start to finish Avon Estates have been brilliant. This is the second time I have used them and their customer service can't be beaten. They always gave me regular updates and fed back. A special mention to Lynne who was always on the ball, chasing solicitors to get things moved along.

As first time buyers I feel like we are easy targets to be pushed to one side and just told the basic and we don’t really understand what that is. We have had a recent experience which to be frank was a nightmare. We called Avon estates to book a view for this property and spoke to a lovely lady called Kate who also showed us around. She was brilliant she didn’t judge us, we all have to start somewhere. After our viewing she said she would keep in touch and explain what we had to do at each step and she did just that! The process of buying a house is so stressful especially when you don’t know what your doing and don’t know what to expect. After we had put an offer in she explained step by step and called us to give us updates. I actually cannot say a bad word about Kate or Avon estate they have been so so helpful!

Lynne at Avon was fantastic in pushing through my conveyancing during a time which was incredibly busy for agents and solicitors. She was always easy to contact and fast acting. Thank you to Lynne and the team at Avon.

I have recently just sold my property with Avon Estates. I cannot fault the service they offer, staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful with all aspects of the sale of my home. I would highly recommend using this estate agent if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

We have just moved into a property sold through Avon Estates. Having been looking for 18ish months we have become very familiar with them and they have always been incredibly professional and helpful and patient with us! As with everyone, we were hoping to complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday which was extremely stressful and Lynne was absolutely marvellous at helping things move along so that we made it and completed on the last day of June. My partner has said during this process that everyone needs a Lynne in their lives! Although I should also say that all the staff have been great. A wonderful local business who we cannot speak highly enough about. We are so grateful to them in helping us find our family home.

I think the team at Avon Estates are the most helpful I've ever dealt with. They are firm, but kind, and as such get great results. My property sale was not straightforward and despite this I was looked after very well and the sale went though successfully. I would say Avon Estates are particularly good at communication, I was never left in the dark about the current situation, despite the huge number of viewings they needed to do for me. Top notch this lot. You can't go wrong.

We used Avon Estates to sell our house in 2020. Their professionalism was outstanding during the whole process. We had viewings nearly every weekend until the house sold, and were always kept in the loop with feedback along with suggestions to help (more pictures, virtual tour etc). We couldn’t have asked for better estate agents.
As with property searches we dealt with other local estate agents as well as Avon, which only confirmed to us that we definitely used the best agents in town to market our house. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy/sell a house with them again. A special thank you to Stephen and Lynn for their help and helping to make a stressful situation much easier.

Avon Estates are the nicest, most sincere agents I have dealt with in 12 years of private renting. Their customer service takes some beating! Right from the start I felt valued by them and am confident that will continue throughout my tenancy. Well done to all the team, you should be proud of yourselves!

They have helped out numerous times, with useful suggestions and are always available. There is nothing we could possibly complain about ! We are extremely satisfied ... something not easy to come by nowadays.

The property is exceptional but too big for us at this point in time. Stephen, who showed us around, was very good and offered good advice and comments. Had the property been under £400,000 we would have been very tempted but at this stage we don’t need that much room although it was the best property we had viewed over three weekends of intensive viewings. The level of service throughout the day from the agent Peter Dickinson was exceptional.

We first placed our house on the market beginning of May 2018. Very quickly we had viewings and a sale agreed by mid June.
Sadly our buyer pulled out but Avon Estates; in particular Lynne and Ben; were
very supportive when our purchase fell through as a result of our buyer pulling out. We had positive encouragement and soon we had another buyer as well as alternative options for purchase provided to ourselves.
Ben alerted us to another property he thought we'd be interested in and we did indeed have an offer accepted. We now reside in a property which is even better for our needs than that we originally intended to move into.
We are really grateful for all the support we have received from Avon starting with Peter's initial appraisal and marketing ; and
other support through to Lynne and Ben's care and attention throughout the process.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Avon to other sellers/buyers and indeed have already done so. Our sincere thanks go to all involved especially Lynne and Ben.
