I have recently sold a property with Avon Estates. Their professionalism, helpfulness, local knowledge, friendly attitude and obvious experience in the market made the experience as smooth and trouble free as it could have been. Very happy with the service I received.

We have been using Avon Estates since 2014 to manage our residential rental property. We have always found the team very friendly and helpful and have been happy with the service, Peter, Kate, Lynne and Jo have given us 😊

We advertised our property through Avon Estates as my Aunt passed away and we had been left her park home. Avon Estates was recommended to us by one of the residence on site and we met up with Peter, who was professional and did everything we expected. We had a few viewings initially and one led to an offer, unfortunately this buyer did mess us around and then with drew as they did not have the funds. This was an unfortunate turn of events that was not Avon Estates fault but it had wasted a considerable amount of time and due to this this we put the property back on with Avon Estates on another agent. I must say though Kate. Jo and the team at Avon Estates did pull out all the stops and we had a stream of viewings which led to another offer at full asking price, which proceeded through to completion. I would like to thank the Team at Avon as the acted very professionally and if in the same boat again would have no hesitation in using them again.

We had 3 estate agents come and value our home, all with the same rates, so the decision was made on how I felt when talking to the agents. Jo at Avon Estates was lovely, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable when I asked my questions. This was the first time selling a home, and she made me feel at ease.

As we progressed, Lynne came along - she kept us updated, and efficiently answered our questions. Some people like to leave all to the solicitors/estate agents, however I personally like to know everything that is happening, and Lynne ensured I was kept in the loop. The support was incredible

I recently purchased a property through Avon Estates. From start to finish the service was excellent. My purchase was not straightforward and for various reasons completely out of the hands of Avon Estates was a very bumpy ride. Throughout the process I was contacted and updated and kept informed in a positive manner giving me realistic information as and when they had any updates. If I was promised a call back I would always get it. I found this invaluable through quite a stressful time. When I collected the keys I was given a lovely reception by Lynne and the team who were genuinely happy for me to have finally got to the end of my journey. I would recommend Avon Estates highly.

Avon Estates are excellent, I would highly recommend you use these as your estate agent, I have used them before and never had any issues, they are professional from Pete coming out to value, to us receiving the full asking price within the first week. Lynne is a huge asset to Avon Estates, all the way through the sale she was available to advise, assist and chase whenever needed. I can and will always highly recommend them.
