Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld meiner zweiwöchigen Individualreise war immer zeitnah, zuverlässig und persönlich, u.a. durch ein Telefongespräch zum Kennenlernen für beide Seiten. Auf meine Wünsche ist die Agentur vollständig eingegangen. Zusätzlich hat sie Alternativen vorgeschlagen.
Meine Ansprechpartnerin war bei der Reiseplanung und -durchführung für mich gut erreichbar. Die gebuchten Unterkünfte waren nachhaltig ausgerichtet. Die beauftragten und gut informierten lokalen Guides haben die Ausflüge i.d.R. so geplant, dass wir nicht ins Touristengedränge kamen. Die begleitete Reise bot mir eine gute Orientierung für die anschließenden Wochen, die ich allein in Brasilien verbracht habe.

Wir interessierten uns für einen Brasilienurlaub und sind über die website auf das Unternehmen aufmerksam geworden. Wir sandten eine E-Mail mit unseren ungefähren Vorstellungen über den Reiseverlauf und unsere finanzielle Obergrenze sowie mit der Bitte um telefonische Kontaktaufnahme. Diese erfolgte prompt und wir wurden ausführlich über unsere Hauptinteressen befragt. Auf Basis des Telefongespräches wurde ein erster Reisevorschlag erstellt, der sowohl die zeitlichen als auch die finanziellen Vorgaben berücksichtigte. In einem iterativen Prozess mit mehreren Mails hin und her wurde dieser noch ziemlich umgestaltet und auch die Reihenfolge der Reiseziele unter Berücksichtigung von lokalen Feiertagen und klimatischen Verhältnissen noch verändert. Letztlich buchten wir alle Flüge, zwei Tage Rio mit privatem Guide, drei Tage Iguassu mit privatem Guide, das 5 Tage Buriti Paket in der Turtle Lodge in Amazonien, 5 Tage Hotel Baiazinha Paket mit Jaguarsafari im Pantanal, 2 Tage Salvador mit privatem Guide und schließlich noch drei Tage Strandaufenthalt in Imbassai. Mit An- und Abreise sowie mit den Transfers in die teilweise sehr entlegenen Gebiete waren wir insgesamt drei Wochen unterwegs müssen sagen, die Zeit war optimal genutzt und das Programm gut zusammengestellt.
Auch über die Abwicklung der Reise können wir nur positives berichten: Die Reiseunterlagen langten unmittelbar nach Bezahlung des gesamten Rechnungsbetrages ein und wir erhielten für jede Destination die Kontaktdaten von Personen vor Ort, die wir im Notfall kostenfrei per whatsapp kontaktieren könnten. Tatsächlich war es dann so, dass wir einmal proaktiv von unseren Guide in Iguassu kontaktiert wurden, weil es notwendig war, das Programm wegen eines Streiks auf der argentinischen Seite kurzfristig zu ändern - hat problemlos geklappt. Ansonsten funktionierten alle Transfers perfekt, wir wurden stets von freundlichen Guides bzw. Fahrern erwartet und ans jeweilige Ziel und zurück gebracht. Auch mit der aventura selbst waren wir in Kontakt. Wir mussten die angegeben Notfallnummer einmal in Anspruch nehmen, weil unser Gepäck auf einem Flug verloren ging und uns wurde promt geholfen, indem sämtliche Gespräche mit dem Flughafenpersonal samt Ausfüllen der nötigen Formulare online direkt über die aventura erledigt wurde und wir unser Gepäck ins Hotel nachgeliefert bekamen.
Fazit: Sowohl Planung als auch Abwicklung der Reise waren perfekt und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei der aventura do Brasil buchen.

Aventura do Brasil is a fantastic company. From the start of the planning to the follow-up at the end, our agent, Sandro, was thorough, timely, and he really listened to what we wanted. Our ideal trip wasn't the typical tourist holiday (a survival tour and an adventure cruise)- and while other travel agencies tried to talk us into things we didn't want to do, Sandro put together the perfect package.

It was truly a trip-of-a-lifetime, and it was extremely challenging as well as rewarding. Everything ran seamlessly- our drivers were prompt; our guides were fantastic; and we didn't experience any situations during which we felt in danger, confused, or frustrated. There were no delays nor abrupt changes in plans.
Sandro put together a fabulous trip- exactly what we wanted. I will recommend him, and Aventura do Brasil, to anyone traveling to Brazil/Brasil, and I will definitely be a client again!

Schnelle Antworten auf alle Fragen, super einfache Buchung und keine Probleme bei der Kommunikation

Wir hatten 3 wundervoll schöne Wochen in Brasilien. Es hat vom Abflug über Transfers bis hin zu den Ausflügen alles absolut perfekt gepasst. Besonders gut hat uns die Zeit im Pantanal gefallen, die Tierwelt war dort einfach ein Traum. Die verschirdenen Guides während der Reise waren alle sehr engagiert und kompetent, es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht. Die Unterkünfte waren richtig gut ausgewählt, es hätte nichts besser sein können. Erwähnenswert ist auch die tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise: Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet und optimal umgesetzt. Wir sind immer noch total geflasht von der Reise und möchten uns für die tolle Organisation im Vorfeld und die wunderbare Durchführung bedanken.

We spent three weeks as a family on a trip planned by Lars from Aventura do Brasil. Lars was super nice and patiently adapted the itinerary according to all our wishes. On the trip, everything went super smoothly and was very well organized. We felt very comfortable and secure all the time. What made the trip so special and unforgettable though, were the local guides, that made us truly get to know and enjoy the places we visited. We learned and laughed a lot with them.

Leandro was very helpful in helping us to plan our trip to Pantanal. He is very quick to respond to our emails and answer our requests or questions. He is very flexible, even though we had to cancel our initial plan and postpone to a new date, he was great at making the arrangements with the tour and making that happen and making it very easy for us. In general, it was a great experience planning our trip with him.

Our Agent/Operator Charles S. was exceptionally skilled and enormously helpful in suggesting and then building for us an ideal custom itinerary of our first time visit to Brazil based upon our identified objectives, time and budget constraints. Charles S. expertly arranged and coordinated private guides, ground transport, lodging and tours at each location in conjunction with Trustpilot which arranged all domestic and international flghts. We visited 5 major areas on this tour of Brazil including Sao Paulo, Rio, Iguazu Falls, the Pantanal and Amazonia. Tours in each of these locales were seamlessly choreographed and executed with timely precision including pickup and dropoff at multiple airports, hotels, city tours, transport to/from remote lodges, and many, many nature tours. Local private guides at each location were uniformly prompt, diligent, helpful, very knowledgeable of their respective areas, very good English speakers, courteous and personable. In the Pantanal and Amazonia guides were proficient natualists. This service often entailed very early morning and/or late evening hours by our guides and other ground transport staff. All adventures proceded exactly according to plan and each were absolutely amazing! This, our first time tour of Brazil far exceded all expectations. To Charles S., Aventura do Brasil, our many colaborators, guides, hosts, handlers, aquaintances, drivers and friends we met along the way, we say OBRIGADO(A)!

My sister and I had a great trip to Brazil this summer, mostly thanks to the organisation of Aventura do Brasil and above all, our personal travel agent Jessica! Jessica didn't just help us with accommodations and private transfers, but also gave us helpful trip advise on best destinations during the Brazilian winter and how to travel safe in this beautiful country. Also she understood perfectly what kind of trip we wanted to experience based on our budget. We had a blast and we couldn't have the same experience without her guidance and support. She always answered to our many questions in no time and she was always kind and nice. Totally recommended!

Within a day of contacting him via the Aventura do Brasil website we set up a time to talk and discuss our travel plans. What made my experience great with working with Aventura do Brazil was that our agent Charles provided us with top tier customer service (A++) by being very responsive and communicated things with us very constantly. Charles was able to help finalize our package in the given timeline while giving detailed updates. Charles worked really hard to keep our trip budget friendly and actually beat our budget by a large margin. This really impressed us! I love that Charles gave us personal and honest recommendations on restaurants in and around the area that we were staying at. Something he did that was extremely helpful was he provided examples of packages that he had created for other past clients and this helped us build our own personalized package for our trip based on the things we wanted to do.
