AV Cleans truly impressed me! My sneakers, stained with dried paint for almost a year, have been rejuvenated and look brand new thanks to their expertise. The service was incredibly fast, adding to my satisfaction. I'm thrilled with the results and wholeheartedly recommend their service!

The best trainer cleaners!
Absolutely blown away by AV Cleans! I had a pair of trainers with dried-on paint stains from 10 months ago, and I honestly didn’t think they’d ever look the same again. But they worked their magic, and now my trainers look so fresh! The turnaround was super quick too, which was a huge bonus. Couldn’t be happier with the service, highly recommend!

Scammer
Collected my LV shoes from the right address but delivered them to the wrong address and wants to take 0 responsibility. Upon ordering the service, I realised I made a mistake with my collection address but I messaged straight away and collection from the right address was made but not delivery? Paid for premium clean, wasn’t done as they weren’t able to do so but didn’t tell me anything about it until I messaged and asked when I can expect my shoes to return and only then they mentioned they’ve sent them out but weren’t able to do the service I paid for even though I showed photographs/videos off the shoe before sending them and they said “light work”. Clearly wasn’t light work as they were not able to clean the marks which would’ve been fine if they told me after trying. £1000 shoes gone, £50 for the crap service gone as well and still nothing. Highly would NOT recommend these scammers.

We delivered your shoes to the address provided by you upon checkout. They were signed for using your name at the address with photo evidence and GPS coordinates. All of which have been already provided to you. There is a CCTV camera at the said address which you claim didn't exist. Sorry your scam didn't work.
Indeed, you sent us videos of your shoes prior to work being carried out but you never specified/highlighted the specific stains on your shoes. Once we realised this we made you aware and offered a full refund or to repaint the shoe free of charge which you initially accepted.
We have also offered to assist you further since you are adamant that they have not been delivered despite all the evidence provided by Royal Mail but we have had no reply from you.

AV cleans done an exceptional job on my shoes. Thought they were written off and be honest was ready to get a new pair, but a great job was done. Will definitely use again. Communication was also very clear and always updated.

I had a pair I’ve tried to clean before, with no luck, thought it was impossible to have them back to fresh and my guy saved them🙏🏻 literally like new, and done these along side another pair at the same time, with super quick turnaround. This guy looks after sportstars and rappers for a reason🙏🏻 no one better

Got my trainers cleaned and repainted…
My Jordans needed some work as they were worn out and some of the painting had some marks on it. Called up AV and got the Jordans cleaned and repainted. Received them back as fresh and brand new. 10/10 service as usual, will definitely be using their services again.
