Avanti Jewellers of Ashbourne Recensioni

I received excellent service throughout my search for a diamond ring. The assistant could nor have been more helpful, and the ring is beautiful.

Avanti was recommended to us, and my other half was looking to buy a watch. Dawn took the time to explain all about buying watches and the pricing of them. She showed us the watch seen online and made sure that it was adjusted to fit correctly. This was a special purchase and Dawn helped to make it feel that way, even giving me a gift bag so that we both had something to take with us. Thank you Dawn and Avanti.

What an amazing jewellers! My partner and I were on the hunt for our wedding rings and ideally didn’t want to go to a high street jewellers. After some research, we came across Avanti and loved the look of their products online.

They absolutely did not disappoint- our first meeting with Dawn was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and used her expertise to help find our perfect rings. We tried lots of different styles and sizes and nothing was too much trouble. She took her time and helped us keep within budget.
The rings arrived quickly and the constant communication between appointments was great.

Thank you Dawn and everyone at Avanti for the most amazing experience. We will recommend you to everyone! X

I had the pleasure of meeting two super ladies who are part of a very dedicated team of people who went above and beyond what I expected for a turnkey service. A big shout out to Dawn and Jo who both had a huge wealth of experience and expertise that made a bespoke jewellery challenge absolutely trouble-free.
I entered the shop knowing roughly what I wanted but not having a clue on how difficult it would be or how it could be delivered – especially in the short timescales I had left.
The challenge was for two bespoke rings engraved with specialist characters and inset diamonds for a special family occasion.
Dawn went through the design process with me in great detail, working out the logistics of all the different supplier processes to suit my timeframe and proposed laser engraving for the characters which would have more definition on a small band width.
Jo, amongst her other skills, was the diamond expert who selected the right product to suit the style of ring. Many other challenges were raised by me and true to form, the team at Avanti’s along with the expertise of their master goldsmith, sorted everything - even bringing the finished articles in two weeks ahead of the date required. The quality was amazing. They took what I had as an idea and turned it into a reality!
I would highly recommend Avanti for any piece of bespoke fine jewellery you may want. A refreshing experience of pure customer service.

Absolutely fabulous service and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They made our buying experience so special the staff are amazing. Thank you very much to Liz & Dawn for the help and advice they offered. Thank you, Avanti.

First time shopping at Avanti Jewellers looking for a Rolex, amazing service from everybody here. Michelle especially who sourced and found exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend coming here for both price and service. Thank you all again for the fantastic experience I’ve had.

Collected my new Tudor Black Bay Chronometer yesterday from Alan at Avanti in Ashbourne. I love visiting and this is my 2nd purchase. I am over the moon, delighted with the chronometer, reception, attention and service I receieved from the whole team in particular, Alan & Karen.
Straightforward, knowledgable, totally honest & ultra professional! It was almost a pleasure to pay the bill. 😉 Very much appreciated.
Be assured, get in there, treat yourself or loved one, jewellery & top notch watches at competitive prices. Crack on, don’t be shy…😁👍👏

Excellent service from Alan and the team. Very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. Good value for money having compared on the web. Really worth visiting to see the jewellery first hand and talk to the team who are very knowledgeable. In house workshop which meant I was also able to get my own jewellery cleaned and polished.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I’d like to particularly thank Alan, Jo and Karen for their patience (!) and professionalism and to Phil the goldsmith for making my beautiful ring. I am thrilled to bits with it. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to find a jeweller away from the big high street names and how right was I to select Avanti after I first came across their shop in Ashbourne just before Christmas last year.

What evolved from that first visit and meeting with the wonderful Jo was the design and creation of the most beautiful emerald cut diamond engagement ring set with Ceylon Sapphires which I can only describe as stunning.

Throughout the design process I was kept up to date, saw 3D imagery and drawings and of course was given a coffee every time we had a chat.

It doesn't get much better than this. Family business, amazing staff and actually really competitive prices too. Our wedding rings are next as I was lucky enough to hear "Yes" to the obvious question!
