Exceptional service and good quality hinged ring! Jem was a lovely person to speak to, and I knew I was in safe hands, from the initial enquiry, to the final design brief, to the collection, they were a great company to deal with. I would highly reccomend!!

Ear piercing.
I had both of my ears pierced with studs. The service was very professional and the after care instructions was very clear. I was very pleased with them. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Staff are both friendly and professional. They were helpful and gave me options and choices. I was made to feel a valued customer. There was no pressure to complete a sale. Quality of the item purchased was of a high standard and came with a valuation certificate.

Warm and friendly welcome
I’ve only been to this shop a couple of times and each time I was welcomed warmly and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
They have a lovely selection of jewellery which they are happy for you to try on.
My first visit was for a repair and this was done in a timely manner as I’m not a local.
