Ordered some touchup paint for my granddaughters truck. Always a perfect match and high quality paint. Service and follow up is fantastic.

I wanted a shop to paint my new hood and fenders but when they said $1600 I decided to look online for paint and came across Automotive Touchup, and though not the cheapest one online they provided much more detail on their products then others. By the time it came I had set up a booth in my garage and painted the parts myself. For around $350 I painted the hood and fenders, installed them and only I, so far, have been able to see any difference in the paint, it looks almost factory! 2016 VW Jetta Ruby Red.

Great product. Delivered quickly will consider using again as need arises.

I have yet to even receive my order. It's been about 5 weeks. The tracking shows it hasn't moved in nearly 2 weeks. When I contacted the company, they blamed the post office and told me it happens all the time. Why would they keep using them with such poor service?

Ordered some half ounce touchup paint on January 9th. Didn't receive any communication from them. Reached out to customer support and was told 2 and a half to 3 weeks for half oz touchup paints. January 30th and still no paint. I painted professionally for almost 40 years. Don't understand why it would take so long? But they have my money. Very poor communication and customer service.

The touchup paint (spray) was a perfect match. I have bought paints from your company in the past and every color was a perfect match. I received the order in a timely fashion.

Very little communication and very slow processing. Ordered a 1/2 oz touch up on the 19th of the month and on the 30th it still hadn't shipped. Kind of ridiculous. I should have read the other reviews as this doesn't look to be uncommon. To their credit I did get a response telling me that they are on a 3-5 week lead time. That should be disclosed during check-out which is why people are upset.

Won't know performance until it is warm enough to paint here in the Midwest

I bought a silver paint for a Smart (Mercedes Benz). The nozzle sputter, too bad I can upload photos.
The paint match, after I gave 4 coats, in other words, it is tottaly deluted. Not good for touch up, neither for normal paint. Two small pieces, about 3.5 sq ft and I used more than a half the can. Still, I have to sand to remove the sputters.
I called but, oh surprise! Nobody answer the call. Let's wait to the call back and keep you posted.

Online ordering was easy, available product options are perfectly laid out to understand what I need to order, once ordered the communication was great and was delivered on time. They also send additional items I needed that I didn’t see available to buy to complete my project.

The paint was a perfect match it sprayed perfect. I was impressed how good it looked out of a spray can.

I would review the paint if I had received it yet. No communication for a full 30 days after ordering, then a notification it is out for delivery today.

Never received my order, tried to call and number did not exist but ya they charged my credit card for sure! Damn them!

Waited over 2 weeks for product that had not arrived so I called and was told the order would ship out in a few days. Absolutely ridiculous that a small touch up Brush would take 3 weeks just to leave their facility! So we ended up selling the car with scratch’s as we couldn’t wait any longer.
