Where do I start!? Finally received my order and none (I bought 4 items) are like what was shown… I usually wear a Aussie size 16 so ordered 2XL and they definitely weren’t that size… while they do fit they are NOT a loose fit (as they are meant to be). I bought 2 pink shirts (more a peach than pink) and 1 was supposed to have embroidery and it doesn’t. And if they are a “family owned business in Australia” why did they have to come from China??

I purchased, what I thought were lovely embroided tops from a Company located in Brisbane. WRONG. A Chinese Company that printed tops that were enlarged prints from prints, likely enlarged up to 8 times making the images blurred and out of focus. Not a single embroided piece of fabric. The images were certainly not the tops that I received. The Company would not provide details for a return and full refund. I tried several times and in the end had to get Paypal involved.

We purchased an anzac cap and a floral blouse.
The company stated that the caps were embroidered and the blouse had a lace front. They imply that the goods are made in Queensland (Aus) and they are a family business. Took five weeks for delivery, tracking said they came from San Francisco but they actualy came from CHINA.
Products are poor quality.
They have offered a refdund of $7 aud for an invoice worth $79.27

The goods were delivered but did not fit my requirements, I received delivery around 15/4/26, order was placed on 26/3/26. Although the site did say if unsatisfied, to contact them n address will b submitted where to return goods for full refund. From 15/4/26 numerous attempts were made to get the address, somehow, was offered firstly a mere $9 for a $90 order, I refused n to date never received the address n finally accepted $16. Therefore DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY, AS RELUCTANTLY THEY WILL NEVER PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN ADDRESS, BUT LITTLE MONEY FOR COMPENSATION, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.

Everything about them is a lie. They claim to be an Aussie company, small family business based in Brisbane. The company is owned by Chinese and the goods are shipped from USA. I received the items I ordered but they were too small. They are reluctant to honour their refund policy. (Offered a tiny fraction as compensation and I can keep the items I have no use for) There was no fabric content label or washing instructions (contravening Australian standards). They also overcharged me initially due to a “clerical error”.
