Please do not use this company. I have ordered back in July and requested refund still have not been refunded. I am now moving today so item if ever delivered will be sent back. Absolutely terrible company.

These guys are shit to deal with never buy from them,they never contact you and if they do it’s all lies,Stephanie says one thing and does another I’ve been waiting 6 weeks now and I live 2 hours from there Melbourne office and still nothing,now when I go on to there website,it says website could not be found so I guess they have closed and ppl have lost there money so I assume they will pop up under another name
This company is an absolute disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples money and not delivering. I made an order on the 29th of July it’s now the 10th of September, in this period I have emailed them 4 times to which I have had only one response. I am at the point where I will be making a complaint and trying to get my money back and going else where bunch of grubs they are

It's now 9th September I ordered 2nd July and haven't received my order.
They replied to my first couple of emails saying my order was on the way and apologising. They've ignored my last 3 emails.

Parasites. I'm bed bound, 11 July ordered QS Bamboo Mattress Topper to help avoid bedsores. Topper $149.99 + FOC Snooze Patches valued at $39.99 and free postage. Free Of Charge & free postage meaningless when they don't deliver. As at 3 Sept nothing received, searched tracking no, no such duck. NO PHONE NUMBER. MANY emails ignored. I purchased a product, they ripped me off. BUYER BEWARE.
I have had exactly the same experience as the man below, i ordered a mattress topper on the 12/7, i received a email on the 3/8 to say it was on the way and the next email to say it had been delivered, it was delivered but not to my address it was however delivered to a different unit in my complex, The one time they responded to my email was to say they could see the courier took it to the wrong unit and they will replace it straight away, since that email I’ve been trying to contact them for the new order number or tracking number so I could keep an eye out so it didn’t happen again, I’ve emailed and messaged them over 5 times with no reply, They have not sent me a replacement topper, or refunded the $120, the person the delivery guy gave it to kept it, so I feel I’ve also been stolen from, as they live in the same complex, they could of given it to me but didn’t, I’m stressed out of my mind with it and they don’t have the decency to even respond back, I am calling consumer affairs tomorrow, DO NOT order anything from this company, Shameful for an Australian company
I ordered a Mattress topper on the 1st of August and paid for it immediately. They deducted my money from my bank on the 4th. I received an Email a few days later stating that my order had been processed and picked up by the courier and to track its progress through the Shop App. I didn’t receive any updates for over a week and then tried to contact them, realising that they don’t have a contact number on their website so I used their messaging page but didn’t receive any response. It was only when I started posting negative reviews on their Facebook page and Instagram that they finally responded. BTW I’m now blocked from their Facebook page. I very nice customer support girl apologised tome and assured me that my package should arrive soon. According to the SHOP App it should have arrived yesterday and I messaged them but haven’t received any response yet. Nor have I received my package?! Be very careful when ordering from this company. I’m not saying that I’ll never receive my order but it’s taking a very very long time.
I ordered a mattress topper from this company and paid the same day.
A week later there has been no update to my order and my emails bounce back, they don't reply to Facebook messenger and there is no phone number to call.
They claim to have over 700 5 star reviews on Trustpilot.
Don't use this company.
