This company is fraud you cannot send items back, they offer you 25 percent then 50 percent. The product itself is a scam too

Total scam from China! I ordered the colour changing foundation, meant to come from Korea. Its cheap crap from China, goes on white and waxy and stays that way. Do not waste your money!!

Waste of money!!! & HORRIBLE products!! They dont come as shown on the site and they definatly are not the same product as advertised!!!
And they make it impossible to request a refund despite saying 90 day money back guarantee. And there is no "Live Chat" either!

I spent $40 on their color changing foundation stick and it is garbage. Clumps broke off, it was watery and won’t even blend into your skin. Total waste of money!

Beware! Not Korean product! I received an unbranded product that is Made in China.

I read the comments through, and wanted to say that this is the third jar of SHEKYS that I have purchased and love it...I have had no problem receivint this item, I ordered on Thursday and got it this morning. I do feel badly about the other women who got scammed, it happens but it didn't happen to me...There is a Canadian site also, and I ordered from that site. so perhaps that is why I got the original product. which is very good...

Absolutely rubbish and nothing like the picture in the website. SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered the gel, received a very small container, not what is pictured on the website. Not worth $30. As I go back on the shekeys website, there is no size or fluid size amounts in the product description. Realizing now this was done purposefully. Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Haven’t yet tried the product, but already feel deceived so will not be reordering for this company. Stay away, as others have noted, not trustworthy company.

This item is made in China despite being touted as a small mother/daughter business. My first product arrived damaged and they did send me a new one. The website offers a 90-day return policy. When I contacted them to return the product, they offered me a partial refund and gave me an address in Spain to return the product. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 jars of the gel (Shekys) and it took longer to arrive and I also got the email from the "owner" regarding the shipment of shampoo. When the product arrived, one package had leaked and the box was soggy. The product name was Miche, not Shekys. I wrote to customer service inquiring if I had gotten the wrong product and that it had leaked. They told me they had gone through a rebrand, accounting for the name change (although I can't find anything that supports that), and said they would replace my product that leaked. They sent out two new containers and they were Shekys. Now I'm just really confused. However, while the product doesn't give me my curls for 5 days, it is not a horrible product -- still trying to find the right amount to use on my curls.

- before I ordered this hairgel. Saw it on Instagram (should have known!) and thought it looked really good. Ordered one pot and it took 15 days to arrive. Came from China and it is the tiniest pot of gel I have ever seen!!!!
On the plus side, I was able to track it and when I contact them by email they replied a couple of times.
I have not tried the gel yet, but even if it is fantastic I won't be ordering any more at that price.

It gives the impression of a family business. Came from China, took ages, the pot is tiny, will only last a few washes. No different than any other gel I've had. Total scam.

I thought I was ordering premium hair gel from a family run small business. But what I got was a broken tiny container shipped from China with who knows what kind of chemicals are in it. The product took 6 weeks to get to me. When I got it - it the tiny container was cracked and it had leaked all over the small box. I sent an email to customer service that has gone unanswered. They filter their reviews on the website so there is no way to find out that this is a total scam. Stay as far away from this scam company as possible.

There was a stock issue that delayed my order, but Shekys fixed it immediately. Excellent service and communication. I can’t wait to try the curl products!

Well, reading the reviews after I’d bought the product wasn’t probably my best action
BUT, I’m glad in a way I hadn’t read the reviews because I might not have ordered the product!
I ordered and got Shekys from Shekys.
There are cheaper versions on other sites but I went direct. Yes, it’s a little bit on the pricy side but I did it with Klarna so it helped a lot!
It took a while to come, I got a message about possibly getting the wrong product, and all in all it took about almost 4 weeks to arrive…. But it did and it wasn’t a Cheap version…it was genuine Shekys!
So I guess I’m one of the lucky ones!

My curls which died many years ago have come back in gentle waves, soft and bouncy.. that was the very first application.
So I actually love it!!
The pots are a little smaller than I thought but I used a tablespoons worth if that, all over, and I’m really pleased with the results.
As I said I think I’m one of the lucky ones!

Agree with all other reviews and had exactly the same experience. I cannot believe I fell for the scam!!! I truly thought it was a small family run business and wanted to support them. Lost £21.99 really annoyed!!!! Be careful everyone - mine is going straight in the bin!!

Awful company I've emailed three times, fobbed off saying tracking is slow. Its the 23rd November today, I ordered on the 30th October. From reading the other reviews we have all been scammed. Give them their dues, they were good with their advertising and everyone's feedback on Facebook. Now you cant even find them on Facebook. Personally I won't let them get away with it. Ill be taking this further. I hope other people do to, to stop them from cheating people out of their money 💰.

This product and company are complete scams -- a classic case of bait and switch. I ordered a product called Shekys Anti-Humidity Frizz-Free Strong Hold Gel for Curls. What I received was Miche Tropical Oasis Anti-Humidity Gel. It took more than a month for it to arrive. About two week after I ordered it, I received an email from "Mary," the owner, who said they had erroneously sent out several hundred bottles of shampoo instead of gel, which is why the orders were late. Come on!

When the gel finally arrived, it was NOT what I ordered, as I said, and it had leaked into the cardboard box that contained the jar. The cardboard was so cheap, it was disintegrating.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!
