Great company to Deal with . I bought the Dali kupid speakers with a trade in with my old speakers . The trade in price was very fair . I purchased a wiim vibelink
Amp from audio emotions in October 2025 to go with the wiim Ultra and upgraded the speakers for the Dali Kupid speakers . They are truly a audiophile dream a great speaker very detailed . They took a good few weeks to run in but after good five to six weeks these speakers perform well above their price point , the speakers have great detail , open sound stage and very clear and tight bass. They are unfussy in placement.. Thanks again for a truly great service and great price,

I bought a Lumin network transport from Audio Emotion a couple of years ago.
Unfortunately it developed a fault around a month ago.
I contacted them and returned the player.
Today I received the repaired player.
I found Audio emotion to be thoroughly professional throughout the process.
When I buy further Hi-fi products then I will certainly use this company

Excellent advice and top quality service!

This is a difficult one, seeing the previous positive reviews but my experience was not wholly positive.
I was after some headphones that were not in stock and after a couple of positive emails I was offered the possibility of their demo pair with the promise of a price and photos to follow.
I have since sent one email and made two telephone calls to chase this up but it’s been radio silence. I’ve now bought headphones elsewhere without a hitch and was even offered a pair to borrow for audition by the other dealer.
So maybe they were busy but it’s strange that three chase ups didn’t elicit a response.

Very friendly and informative staff, with nothing too much trouble. Circumstances meant I couldn't complete the purchase, but deposit refunded no problem. Highly recommended and hope to deal with in the future.

I have been meaning to do this review for some time, I don’t often do reviews but felt I wanted to this time. The communication and service was excellent. I am always pretty nervous about buying from a company I haven’t used before, on an expensive (for me) item. On certain auction web sites people are often describing used items as mint, or excellent, but seemingly inevitably you find yourself getting something which is scratched, or substandard and not as described. It establishes a certain expectations. The pre-owned Elac 407 speakers I purchased were in perfect condition. This was helped by being packed with great care for transportation. Floor standing speakers are bulky heavy items, and are probably treated with some distain by couriers. But the original boxes had been reinforced with corner pieces and triple wrapped in industrial cling wrap. Great communication about the orders progress, and delivery. Excellent company to deal with – highly recommended.

Sometimes you've just got to let people know about service the way it should be. So where do I start, well back during lockdown, I had time on my hands (far too much !) and started looking at changing my amplifier (solid state) for a valve option.

I loved the idea of being able to change valves and hear different tones and characteristics in my music, so after a lot of research on various models, I had narrowed my choice down to 3 (used, as that was what I could get signed off by my ever suffering other half !!) options - one of these was an Eastern Electric M520 integrated - I had read a lot of reviews on-line and everything I read was positive, and it sounded like just the amp I wanted.

After popping on-line, I discovered that Audio Emotion were in fact a dealer for Eastern Electric and quite local to me - so I contacted them to see if they had a used one - unfortunately they did not have one, but said they would keep an eye out for me if one came in.

About 3 months later, I spotted one for sale at another dealer in the south, so took the plunge and bought it !

After getting it home , I had a few questions on set-up and bias etc, and contacted the supplying dealer for help - they said they would get someone to come back to me, but never did - so sheepishly I contacted Audio Emotion, and they immediately answered all my questions and even suggested some nice valve upgrades that I could get from Watford Valves - nice one !

So fast forward to last week - disaster - I turned on my amp and the right channel was almost at zero volume, I could just hear a faint sound and nothing else - the left channel was all OK.

I contacted the supplying dealer and was told that they were not able able to offer service for my amp, and pretty much that was that !

So once again I contacted Audio Emotion with my issue - I spoke with Gary, and not only did he immediately suggest some tests that I could try, but said he would be happy to pop over and have a look.

Well it would be rude to refuse ! - so on a Sunday afternoon over he came, and after 30minutes or so, spotted that I had an an issue with one of my EL34's - in fact the little 'lug' that allows the valve to sit in the right position had broken off and I had put it back in in the wrong orientation - I had in fact just removed my valves recently and cleaned up all the pins (that will teach me !).

So he popped back to the shop, and brought me over a replacement EL34 valve which he had in stock - popped it in and hey presto all up and running.

There was no charge for this service (what !) - but he did say that I might want to change the valves to a nicer set at some point in the future and invited me along to listen to some he had in the shop.

So all I can say is thank you Audio Emotion, my music is back up and running again, and you went above and beyond to help me out - I will definitely be along with my amp to listen to some valves :)
