Booked services and mots for 2 cars…
Booked services and mots for 2 cars over a month ago. Turned up at Lichfield branch on Saturday to find it had closed down. No notification from ATS received.
Previous to this booked at Burton only to receive phone call back to say unable to do mots as no ramp.
Called ATS customer service who are arranging refund.
Won’t be using these jokers again 😡

Hopeless service Repeatedly ordered or received wrong…
Repeatedly ordered or received wrong parts.
Told me that the job was finished so I travelled miles by bus to collect the car ...it wasn't repaired. Hopeless communication and poor service from the Lichfield branch
