Upgrade to Metabo
Excellent experience as always ordering tools from Atlas. This time I took advantage of a sale they had to upgrade to some Metabo 36v power tools I have wanted for a while. They arrived quickly and were everything I hoped.

Customer Service could be improved
Overall I am not impressed with the customer service. I asked to return something, however the return shipping was going to be $41.00 on a very small item. So skipping that, they offered a lower return rate which I accepted. However I had to reach out after not hearing from them for a while in order to get the shipping label. They apologized and offered free shipping, with a label. That part was very nice, however between the original email, and the last email, the details on if my item was eligible to return (it was opened) were different. So I emailed again and never heard back. Now the shipping return label is expired, and still no reply from customer service.

Be patient it’s worth the wait Bosch….
Although I’ve had my order in since July and still waiting on one more box; this is not on Atlas tools. The launch of the Bosch L-Boxx contractor system has been either really popular across the world or the logistics of shipping has been horrible, or both.
Atlas tools has always provided me with UTD information when I’ve called. Would be nice if this information was pushed out instead of pulled (by calling). I’d still rate Atlas as one of the top two fool Co. In Ontario.

Giving 3 stars cause they need to…
Giving 3 stars cause they need to change who they ship with Dragon fly is the worst to deal with. Was a fight since Sunday the 11th of October finally after on the phone every day it got delivered on Thursday the 15th late.

Your end was likely great....but took 7 days to get here....likely because of long weekend and Canada Post....no tracking was available....Canada Post issue....

Fast shipping but the item I ordered was in a damaged clamshell package that looked as if it had been previously opened. The item inside was fine and didn't appear used. Overall pleased

Everything was packaged carefully and delivery was on time. Nothing was refurbished or repackaged. The free shipping only applies to orders after any discount which I felt could have been clearer, but otherwise great service!

Delivery was flawless, Packaging was great!
Could not ask for more.
Prices were truly unbelieveable and much welcomed.
