Everyone is asking where I got them and are realizing they dont have to use big clunky boots, and the safety and comfortability that comes with it, glad I found these guys, the winter looks good.

Great customer service
Great customer service — they fixed a courier problem that wasn't their fault
I ordered a Laguna V:10 bandsaw from Atlas and paid for delivery. Purolator claimed they attempted delivery on October 14, but nobody ever came to my door — no knock, no delivery slip, nothing. The "attempted delivery" simply didn't happen. Instead, my 100 lb saw was left at the Purolator depot in Mississauga, and I had to drive there and arrange help to load it myself, at extra expense on top of the delivery fee I'd already paid.
I emailed Atlas about it, and this is where they earned a loyal customer. They responded promptly, took the issue seriously, and made it right with a credit plus a gift card. No excuses, no runaround.
Purolator let them down, but Atlas stood behind the sale and treated me fairly. That's how you keep customers — I'll be buying from Atlas again.
