Placed a order on 4th april , emailed on numerous occasions , rang them on 28th may to be told they didn't deliver to N.I ..im sure they knew that 7half weeks ago when they received order

Bought a desk for quite a bit of money. Received an email to choose a 'convenient delivery date,' only to be shown THREE available dates within a THREE-month time window, and only one being before the projected delivery date at the point of purchase.

Absolutely awful service for the sort of cost this business charges for their products. All these businesses operate like people don't have normal day jobs and don't have to juggle all their commitments to find time to be at home to take deliveries. Three dates spread across three months, and the customer service was utterly useless. Never again.

I ordered their Jude Fluted Green Marble Desk for my home office setup. The price of this piece almost seemed too good to be true in honesty, being a solid marble desk top for less then £1k (£849).

As I’ve paid several times this in the past for marble topped credenza’s or bedside tables albiet from retailers like Natuzzi. So I tempered my expectations somewhat, as the photographs on their website made this price look absolutely stunning. However the marble piece is much thicker than I expected, the wooden desk is solidly built, the drawers are spacious for what I needed too. I’m really impressed, the desk has exceeded my expectations considerably.

This was a pre-order which arrived roughly when expected and the delivery partners DRS were good with their comms and the delivery crew were friendly and happy to help move the desk to the desired room in my house. Overall I would recommend Atkin & Thyme.

I recently purchased a sideboard from Atkin and Thyme and even though the piece was very nice there were issues with the product. I contacted customer service and received a prompt response and felt listened to. I couldn’t be happier with their handling of the issue.

Ordered a fluted drinks cabinet costing £799 although it was on discount at £678. It arrived and the build quality was very poor the handles weren’t straight, the marble lid did fit properly and the left hand door didn’t close properly. I was offered a 10% discount which I didn’t want not at any point did they offer to replace the cabinet with one that wasn’t so poorly made. The drinks cabinet was collected seamlessly and the funds were credited back to my credit card.

Came across this company while looking for a small coffee table! Wanted something out of the ordinary and possibly a bit unique....Couldn't believe it when I saw this fabulous copper, marble topped table! Just perfect! It was delivered a week earlier than I expected which was a lovely surprise. (I missed any notification about my early proposed delivery). In the flesh, this stunning little table is even better than any photos could portray. Cant recommend Aitkin & Thymme highly enough. Their service and products are just something else.❤

Really good selection of products

I needed to return an item that didn't suit my decor. The return process was really easier than expected, especially as the item in question was rather heavy and bulky.
I have previously purchased from this company and can confirm that that they sell quality items which are well packaged.

The desk I bought came within a couple of weeks of ordering and communication for the delivery was good I’d booked my delivery slot. The desk itself doesn’t look quite a polished and perfect in reality as it did on the website, but I really like it.

So pleased with our lamp. We have put it in our hall.

Poor communication post order, literally nothing about what I'd purchased until the day before delivery 6 weeks later. And the delivery date was not convenient. Also the item does not look like the images on website, poor quality wood in media unit- I've sent them and they've said they can't see them well enough.

My item arrived with noticeable scratches and marks. I phoned on the day to report this and try to reach a solution. After much chasing over the course of 48 hours, I was offered a partial refund to keep the item. I asked for a manager call and was told that this call would be either the same day or the next morning at the very latest. No call happened so I phoned again the following day. The advisor explained that the management team were away on business until early the following week (5 days+ away). I asked for a call following their return and was assured that this would happen. It has now been three weeks and I have received no call or correspondence whatsoever. Disappointing aftercare.

Easy to order, Great delivery, packaging all removed. Quality of the furniture is excellent.

The items delivered were very poorly made and i would not order from them again.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever had. Would not recommend anyone to ever use them.

Took 7 months to get a formal response for a replacement on an £500+ item after 10+ emails chasing the customer service team.
They then took payment for a replacement item to which I never received the item, let alone a shipping notice 2 weeks after taking payment.

Would make a formal complaint to the ombudsmen. Do not recommend.

Having left a few caustic reviews on Trustpilot recently I decided it was only fair to give credit where credit is due. I ordered a chair which had a bit missing (hence 4* instead of 5) and had to go back, their customer services were easy to reach, really helpful and the collection was done on the promised day/time - this after sales service is so important when ordering online and sadly very unusual, thank you Atkin and Thyme!

Ordered a marble coffee table from them in October 2023. When the product was finally delivered it was faulty - the base did not align with the top so would not screw together. Reported to A&T who said they'd replace (had to wait several weeks). The replacement table has exactly the same problem. The delivery drivers reported this was common and they'd picked up several of these all with the same fault. So they took away the original faulty table and the replacement faulty table. Clearly a serious quality control issue and that they don't bother checking items before sending them out the door.

I understand new stock not due until late March so I will have to wait almost 6 months from original order for it to be fulfilled and in the meantime A&T hold onto my £600...

I phoned customer services who are really unhelpful and tell me to simply send an email. No apology or attempt to expedite my order or compensate me.

Their items are lovely but beware if you have a problem. It won't get resolved quickly and they are not interested in good customer service.

Very seamless order process, delivery, and assembly. I've gotten so many compliments on my furniture! They look like they're premium like Soho Home but without the super high price tag! Amazing find!
