I was having an issue with the payment link so I wasn’t able to pay for my monthly membership meaning the extra charge was applied. I reached out to customer service for assistance and Sophie kindly removed the additional charge. Much appreciated :)

I emailed to cancel my membership as my current gym closes a little to early for my liking, i was directed to live chat where i spoke to Isobel, in which she handled the matter hastily and resolved my cancellation in a matter of minutes with ease.

Then I have been offered 2 months brake to give me chance to sort our cars out, and kindly supported to amend payments and etc.
Lady who assisted me was Isobel, very lovely and helpful. Recommending.
