Super helpful, great styles

Great service. They deliver what was promised. I didn't realize you also have good options for purchasing clothing, esp if you decide that you like a piece you've worn. The only part I don't like is it can take quite a while for their systems to recognize your returns and this can limit the number of exchanges they do per month on the unlimited plan.

We are experiencing summer temps but all of my items are geared toward cooler weather. I’ve had 2 shipments but have only been able to wear a couple items out of both boxes.

It's so fun to get new, stylish clothes that don't clutter up my life. I love that you get the option to keep for longer or purchase as well if you just can't part with something!

Ideal clothing rental company

I've had a great experience with Armoire! Large selection, easy to return, like the option of having someone else style your cases. Also really like it is easy to review clothes and see what you have rented before

I have really enjoyed trying out new styles with the option to buy. I have purchased several items and find it a great way to add to my wardrobe. I prefer to choose my own items.

I love that I can keep the clothes until my new ones arrive, I love the high quality of items I receive as well.

The idea is great, the system of delivery and returns is easy and convenient .
However, the selection of clothes is very limited. On the site, finding the section where you can look for alternative styles beyond the suggestions is very cumbersome to find. Also don’t really like the style suggestions - feels more like full of clothes they want to get circulating as opposed to styles I would want

I like having access to a stylist who can see more than me. I have had several successful, quality rentals. However, the web site is not intuitive for me. Further, I mistakenly got 2 stylist choices in my last case. One of the was a spaghetti strap, which I have asked numerous times to delete from my feed. I also asked for mini skirts and sheaths to ne deleted for my options. ⁵

An Armoire member for several month now. Great selection of clothing, many arrive new with the tags still on, and the rest are well laundered and look like new. I appreciate the easy to use playform, chat feature with staff, and love the community participation with other Armoire users. I love getting a few new pieces every month to round out my capsule wardrobe, especially for work items, without owning more clothes. Definitely recommend!

I am enjoying the ease of the app and the quality of the clothes available.

I sent everything back. It was not my style at all. I am still getting charged but nothing else besides the first delivery has arrived

More prenatal outfit options and sizes please!

I really like the concept. I do find that some styles don’t work for me or there is something off about the clothing (pocket flap won’t stay flat, lining shows on a dress) and then I’m stuck with something I won’t wear. Going to keep trying for a bit, but not sure if I’m getting the value.

I was unable to wear any of my 7 selections due to fit/style/fabric. I made a similar subscribtion through rent the runway and was able to wear 4 out of 5 selections. RTR was a much better value/quality. Also, when I went to cancel subscription with Armoire I had already been charged for next month's subscription even though it was the day my clothes were due for return and they would not remove it so ended up paying $200 for nothing!

I'm disappointed! I just signed up and the selection in my size was extremely limited and all the best seasonal pieces/colors/brands/styles are unavailable. I felt like i was shopping in an second rate consignment shop:( I've heard such good things.

I also don't like that you have to put a credit card down before you shop and then you can't cancel. I will be canceling as soon as i am able (you can't until you get your first "case"). All the reviews I have read state the return shipping can take up to two weeks! You have to get all the items back by the next billing cycle or your membership reinstates?! So if it takes 2-5 business days to get the items and the up to two weeks to get them back, you have no time to wear the stuff if you want to cancel. Now I have anxiety of being charged twice. All feels very deceptive and I have buyer's remorse.

Experience has been above average for sure. Quality of clothes, variety, service, etc, all good. The website is okay. It takes a while to master the filter, search, etc.

I’ve been a longtime member of Armoire and have always had a good experience with my rentals. They do a great job inspecting the items to make sure everything is accurate, clean, and doesn’t look worn. They have good variety of styles and OK ranges on sizes.

Armoire is fantastic in every way. I've basically stopped shopping and yet I constantly have new, fun things in my closet. I can pick items based on the weather, on what I have going on that week (big work meetings? Vacation? They have everything!) My deliveries come SO quickly and I love being able to pick out the items myself. I'm on the unlimited plan because I have a hard time making decisions - the unlimited plan allows me to take chances and try new styles, as I can trade items back at any time for something different. A unique aspect of Armoire is the community - I love the PWR feed because I can see what these clothes look like on real people, and even ask questions about styles now and then! Finally, the customer service is out of this world. Super friendly and responsive. I recommend Armoire left and right to friends and colleagues. It is fantastic!

I enjoyed my experience with Armoire! I felt confident and received numerous compliments in the clothes that I ordered every month. I also felt that the price justified the clothes that I got every month. Some things that I think could be improved upon are the selection of clothes (I would spend at least an hour picking out 4 outfits for the month) and also the packaging (it would be nice to have a reusable bag you can send back every month). Overall, I would recommend the service!
