Our business is family run and all our staff are employed, from the show site team in Nottingham to the warehouse and installation teams in Derbyshire. We install UK wide and have several distributors throughout the UK so you can have the highest standard of cabin & BBQ Grill in your garden to enjoy all-year-round. Choose from the following sizes: 7m², 10m², 14m² & 17m² which seat between 10 and 25 adults depending on the size you opt for. We also have 2 different Arctic Bar options which seat between 11 & 22 adults comfortably. Our case study section on our website shows many of the different cabins in our range. Bbq cabin
We had an amazing experience throughout from start to finish. Great communication from ordering delivery and payment. We had a last minute hicup (from our end) but it wasn't a problem for delivery blokes,they just worked around it so it could be delivered. Very prompt delivery,very professional, very friendly and so quick to put up.
They also explained how everything worked when it was up. The cabin itself is extremely well made and looks amazing. Love the little added extras too: deer skins,cutlery,cups,thermometer etc. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of purchasing one. Thanku arctic cabins. Donna

I absolutely love my new Arctic cabin. The process from order to completion was so smooth and hassle free. The product is fantastic and the team that were sent to erect the cabin worked so hard from 07.00am to 2.00pm with only a short break. What a fab addition to my garden

No pressure buying one always the end of the phone nothing to much trouble. Fitters were fantastic never stopped.
They were beyond my expectations, I know they do it for a living but really good.

From our initial meeting with Anne-Marie, who I have to was a real pleasure to deal with, her product knowledge was second to none. The fitters were a couple of lovely chaps, again extremely professional and very courteous. This is a quality product from a first class company!
We have had quality service from start to finish. Simon has been amazing and thorough to ensure that we were happy from our initial enquiry through to installation. He came to do a site visit and check where we wanted to put the cabin as the location was a little tricky, bringing a template so that we could be sure of the site position. Simon was always so knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions throughout. We were kept informed regarding delivery and installation, Adam and Ross (our fitters) were fantastic, worked hard and were not phased by the uphill site for our cabin. They took great care and pride in their work so that we were entirely happy with our cabin. Nikki has also been ever so helpful too, so consistent great service from everyone at Arctic!

Very happy with our Arctic Cabin! From the inital enquiry with Liam (who was extremely professional), we had any queries or concerns dealt with in a swift manner.
The installers Adam and Ross were very considerate and ensured we were totally happy with the Cabin’s final positioning and appearance.We couldnt be happier with our new addition to our Garden - really looking forward to soending those Summer Days with friends and family with the odd Arctic Cabin BBQ thrown in too! Well done Arctic Cabins, wish we had pirchased years ago!
