The contact at every stage was excellent. The delivery and installation was spot on and at every stage of meeting employees it was a pleasure, they were informative and obviously proud of their product.
The installation was a joy to watch and the skills of the two guys was awesome.

I couldn't believe how hard Jordan and Steve worked installing the cabin today. They carried on through wind, rain and sunshine until the job was finished. Jordan then took the time to explain how everything worked in clear and easily understandable terms. I can't wait to get the lights wired in properly. We are delighted with our "Hobbit House" and will be showing it off to our friends at the official opening. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. Arctic Cabins are a pleasure to do business with.

Great product. The cabin uses high quality timber throughout. The installation team were friendly and took their time do do a quality install. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am very pleased with my cabin and will certainly recommend Arctic Cabins to friends and colleagues.

From visiting the show site with the helpful staff to choosing exactly what we wanted, to the install date which ran so smoothly with fantastic installers who were so experienced with what they do! To the end result of our Arctic Cabin which we now love more than our house!! It may be in our garden, however when in it you feel like you're totally somewhere else. It's amazing and we absolutely love it, money well spent.

I had a garden room / office fitted about 4 years ago and was impressed in every way from start to finish. Last week I needed to raise a concern about the room and on doing was asked to send a photo. I sent the photo and within 48 hours a fitter had arrived and my issue completely resolved. I was / am impressed and would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Very professional company to deal with from day 1 seeing a cabin at local show. Kept in touch all the way through. The chaps that came to install our BBQ Hut were extremely hard working and friendly and a credit to Arctic Cabins. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. First class service all the way and we are extremely pleased with our cabin.

From start to finish the service has been amazing 5 * we bought at a county show from James who was very professional and explained everything clearly no hard sale at all. The men who came to erect the cabin were also the excellent. They arrived at the time we were given, they also were very professional. They did a fantastic job, clean and tidy workers. Great Sauna from Arctic Cabins. The pre-installation instructions were very clear as to what was needed and easy to follow. The installation team on the day were friendly and got on with the job and very efficiently built the sauna. A gate through into the garden needed to be dismantled to allow the sauna panels to be brought through and that was done with care and repaired after. The sauna itself is great - using it on an almost daily basis. It takes about 1 hour to get up to temperature (over 50C).
I see that the BBQ cabins come with reindeer skins and so it seems a bit cheap not to include sauna accessories such as a temperature gauge, timer and a ladle & water bucket after having spent about £10K on the sauna.

Absolutely brilliant service, and such a wicked cabin!

Arctic Cabins are a quality product. They’re lovely places to spend time. I’ve just bought my second one (without benches or fire pit, because I’m furnishing this one with armchairs). I’ve been delighted with the service: flexible, responsive, helpful and courteous.

Excellent service, installed when and where stated, very quickly to! Love the cabin, cant wait for the cold rainy days to enjoy a bbq!

Fantastic service from the moment we saw the cabin at a local show to the installation this month. The item is of great quality and the installers worked fast and hard and then took time to talk us through the cabin and bbq function, what to paint it with in subsequent years etc. It was all done the same day and I would not hesitate in recommending artic cabins to anyone. We looked at others but this was the best. If you are undecided go for it you will not be disappointed . No hidden costs just a lovely cabin we call our hobbit house!

From meeting David at the Ideal Home Exhibition to getting our cabin installed, it’s been a pleasure dealing with Arctic Cabin. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their product.

The fitters were amazing. Arrived at 7.30am and quite literally didn’t stop. No constant tea breaks for these guys! Very friendly and helpful and clearly very experienced, explaining how everything worked on completion.
Would highly recommend Arctic Cabin to anyone wanting a unique, great quality build outdoor room.
