Working at Royal Ascot 2024
I have just finished working at the Royal Ascot for 5 days from the 18th-22nd of June and it was an amazing experience meeting new people and working in such a special enviroment. The team at ascot were amazing support especially ARC Sarah, Jay and Val are fantastic. I am very grateful that the company Arc allowed me to be a part of amazing experiences. The Ubeya system makes time management easy and works smoothly around my schedule allowing me to select the days and time in which i was available and how it can all be managed simply through a single app.

Best agency to work for, no Cap
I have worked other agencies and still stands out as the best one as they are always organised and ready to answer any queries when needed. They ensure the needed details are provided for a shift to go smoothly and most time enjoyable. In summary they are one of the best agency to work for as you will be treated as part of the agency, no discrimination or whatsoever are tolerated and I can say this with full confidence because in my 3 years of working with ARC i haven’t seen how safe they ensure they workers are, and lastly they have helped me gained some many useful skills and experience as well as improved existing ones.

ARC - Green Day
I started with ARC earlier on this year, have had so many amazing opportunities and acceptance for some amazing work, Green Day concert in Manchester (which was my dream to hear them live), Blondie Concerts in Halifax, Bryan Adams on 2 occasions in a matter of weeks, bike and car racing just to name a few shifts of many that I have worked.
Arc are a very well organised company, communication from ARC is fantastic, All staff tbat i have met are very friendly and approachable. Can't wait for my next shift and keep up the great work.

I recently worked at ascot and the actual job was amazing i enjoyed it so much, but the arc aspect was poor. Shifts were unorganised, managers didn’t answer the phone or text back, and the other staff were rude and ignorant, coming in most nights after 1am.

The company allows you to be a part of amazing experiences. I have just finished working at the Royal Ascot and it was an amazing opportunity. I love how easy the Ubeya system is allowing you to select the days and time in which you are available and how you can manage everything through the app. The only downside is sometimes some events are overbooked however, this is down to many different circumstances.

Mental health will have you out the door with no help
Mental health is not an issues for them they will must get rid of you without helping. They will also double book a shift for the same day. Just when I thought my depression was finial going this happens thanks

Feeling deployed or reserved for holidays when the favourite staffs are out.
I don't know what to say, it's as if I'm not employed. I book a shift as soon as it is posted and it takes some time before I get the shift full or declined message. It's like some certain people are the ones getting approval, why hire us if this is how it's gonnz be. Quite sad as I haven't been able to work since employment. I don't like it!! To mention I had messaged on ubeya, 9 days now no response 😔.

Had been excited and quickly disappointed
So I got a job here, really excited, interview was great and the induction was excellent. I got my first shift in a matter of a week which I really enjoyed! However, sadly there wasn’t many shifts advertised and the 3 that I did put my name down for which were at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow, I did not get chosen for any of them. I’m really pretty disappointed now because I got such a good feeling about the company when I went to the induction. I gave in my resignation yesterday and asked for my P45
