Had manufacturing problems with their newest range of neon lights that I ordered. Eventually ordered a different neon light but the customer care was excellent. They took back the faulty lights quickly. Highly recommend.

I am a DIYer and well over retirement age, so knew very little about LED strips, drivers, dimmers etc. I found ArcLED's website informative and placed my first order with them 18 months ago. Despite my lack of knowledge, Tom and Ben were extremely helpful and my project was successful. Again, very recently, I completed a second project. Hayley was similarly helpful in resolving my problems along the way. And again, the project was successful. So, thank you all at ArcLED!

I have been using arc-led for all my projects since I set up my own company 4 years ago. The technical help is fantastic and all the staff know what they are talking about.
I have had very few issues with equipment supplied by arc and some issues are to be expected with the volume of product these guys ship out.
I’m very happy with the products and services provided buy these guys. Top work as always.

I am hugely surprised at the bad reviews here, we have used Arc LED for our profile, LED strip and Neon flex for many years now, and I would not go anywhere else.
The customer service we receive is always reliable and fantastic, especially from Ben. I always know he will do his utmost to make sure we get the items we need as quickly as possible. Any mistakes (which are very few considering how many orders we place) are always rectified immediately with no hassle or disagreement. The products are all extremely well made, and we haven't had any issues with failures. They are always happy to advise, and provide exactly what you need, even Neon Flex cut and soldered to the exact mm you require.
I would hate for this company to be judged by a few bad reviews, when they are such a valuable and appreciated supplier for us.

Always had great experiences with Arc-Led. We’ve spent several thousand pounds over the past couple of months on high end projects and as always, the service has been flawless.
Any problems that have occurred have been rectified straight away.
Can’t see how people as getting such a bad experience when we’ve had the exact opposite. I wouldn’t use anyone else 👌

What an horrible experience. All nice when you're buying, but if something goes wrong, they'll find all the excuses in the world not to replace or refund. They'll try to fool you with excuses that do not make sense or too technical for you to understand. E.g tape is not straight, in a led profile, what?! the tape is for example like 12mm and the profile is 15mm (just an example) why cant you go off a mm or or 2 for every meter, does not make sense to why the LED ‘s are not working. Plus it was stated that the chips were falling off their welds but they had nothing relevant to say but the strips were a little out of line which should not affect the LED’s at all. What horrible people, spent so much money with them and the customer service they give, they do not care, you cannot even reason with them. Well guys keep this up and it'll catch up to you.
