Fantastic atmosphere, lots of audience interaction, very family friendly. Lovely staff directing the queues.

Fantastic evening at BGT. Well organised, fun, lively. Great experience for adults and children. We really enjoyed our night.

We had a great time! From queueing in the morning, we were looked after and not kept waiting long. We were given our time to come back and although there was a queue, we were in within 20minutes.

First of all, big thank you for picking me! ! The process has been pretty straight forward. You get a QR code via e-mail and you just need to follow some basic rules day to get access to the amazing venue.

The show itself, great ambiance! It was almost non stop. Even during changeover of acts, there were other things happening on stage. The songs for the crowd inbetween changeovers was a great idea. The place was clean and easy to access. Some complimentary items such as glow sticks and glow hand watches like items were given to everyone.

Overall, a fantastic and unforgettable day and I would go back again at any time with a group of maximum four people.

I love how easy the booking process was. When we got to the event date, I was surprised by how organized the queueing system was. The staff were also professional and kept us updated about the event. The process was smooth from booking up to collecting the tickets. We had an amazing time! Highly recommended!

Great night out

Booking the ticket was really easy. When we arrived the process of collecting the tickets and wristbands was easy and then queueing for entry in the evening was easy and a quick streamlined process of getting us in the venue. All staff involved were helpful and knowledgeable when we had any questions. Although we had paid priority tickets there was no priority que in the evening when we came back to the venue so had to que in the same que as everyone else, however, the que moved quite quickly so we can’t really complain there. We were a little disappointed to find out we couldn’t get a photo at the judges desk, although I think this is a production issue and not to do with Applause Store as they likely have no control over this.

Amazing experience!! Everything flowed so smoothly, from the ticket exchange process through to leaving the arena after an excellent evening of entertainment. I’ll certainly be looking at attending another show very soon. Thank you Applause Store and all of your wonderful staff.

Staff were helpful and friendly.
Only criticism i would make is that there were only 75 people in front of us in the queue, but we were at the very back, left of the stalls.
I was also disappointed that there were no large BGT letters to have a photo by.

Seeing my sons face when he saw ant dec and KSI as hes at that age off been able to go to the shows now

The experience of being in the crowd for the BGT semi finals was amazing the kids loved it. I would say the ticketing is confusing and it wasn’t clear what time we should queue up we probably went earlier than necessary but we were driving a long way and we didn’t want to miss out.

The team were great and all very helpful!

Our seats in the stalls, as my Friend has cancer and I broke my leg, so we appreciated our marvellous seats on one level.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience, hoping to get tickets for the final. Fingers crossed, priority tickets are the best.
