The staff were lovely and fantastic from start to finish. I appreciate the fact that one of them outside told us how long we should be expected to wait as general ticket holders so that priority guests could arrive by 1pm and that your Instagram account/stories were updated, allowing us to be well informed. Having people check ID whilst we were in the queue helped to run the ticket exchange office smoother, and hence this process ran faster.

Would have been nice for Stavros Flatley to stay for longer as we didn’t get to meet and play with them but regardless it was fun to watch whilst waiting and so cool that they were there!

We were fortunate and lucky to have good seats🙏🏼 The glowing wristbands, glow sticks and coloured bandanas were great touches and Andy, the entertainer during the advert breaks, was amazing.
It was so cool that we had the chance to win goodie bags and the dancing in each ad break was so fun, it uplifted the audience and atmosphere.

Fabian Fox was so kind and thoughtful at the end as he gave his time to say hello and take pictures with people, including us so thank you so much to him for that.

It was a magical and beautiful experience, which we enjoyed every single moment of. A golden buzzer feeling, 10/10 experience and one of the best nights of our lives. 🤩😁☺️🥺

The team were amazing they really were as accommodating as they could be. We were asked to come back at 6pm as we didn’t get tickets first off but we were lucky and got some. They were so amazing and helpful. Hoping to get some for the final.

Hi there although we had a great evening on the 2nd of May semi-final BGT was very disappointed that I couldn’t bring my eight-year-old daughter as I advised that the best difficult we had would not be suitable for her. It wasn’t a photocopy it was the original certified copy so we didn’t even bring her with us, but I bought my other two under 16s and they accepted the same copy for them although I did have another original one. I was sure it was gonna be okay Because I was told by the registry office that satisfied copy is good enough for passport applications and driving license applications so I wonder why would not be suitable to gain access to BGT my eight-year-old daughter was very very disappointed that we couldn’t take her with us the rest of the family. I am really trying hard to get our ticket to a later date with the semifinals anything after the 16th of May I would really appreciate it if even we could only be issued free tickets in order to us to be able to bring her next time to a semi-final or final after the 16th of May. We’ve always enjoyed Applause Store is free tickets and appreciate they are free that the disappointment that caused my daughter was very sad for her. Anything you could do to help us be able to bring her my wife and myself to another semi-final of BGT would be very grateful other than that it was a great show Well organised well managed many thanks Gavin Potter

What a great show that was and also that Applause Store is one of the best Tickets for TV shows 100% best I would say that if any one likes something like this just sign up to them you will have the best time of your night Britain's Got Talent what is the best shows out there 🙂👏

Overalll a good experience, would be better if tickets were given out in order of seating from front to back. We were there quite early but received very back row tickets. We were unable to see any of the judges which was disappointing.

Communication throughout the whole process from booking, to receiving the tickets was smooth and forthcoming. The whole process on the day was swift and a fair distribution of tickets.

Fantastic show and well organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful and plenty of staff visibly there in case anyone needed assistance. Thank you for a great evening!

The event was absolutely great. The member of staff were absolutely good and I would highly recommend it to everybody.

Such well organised and friendly staff.

Ticket collection for priority tickets was faultless. Very quick and efficient.

Our seats were okay, however, for priority tickets, l would have expected a little better.
This has not been the only experience of this, l have had the same opinion at previous events.
